My POD:  TOR -1

I just don't see CLE all of a sudden roughing up a lefty who's better than the one who dominated them last night.  I also don't see Jake Westbrook silencing a lineup that's scored 33 runs in their last 5 games.

I am also gonna make a play on TB -1.  Vargas has pitched well for Seattle so far, but bear in mind he's faced 4 teams that are ranked 16, 17, 22 & 26 in runs scored and 17, 19, 20 & 30 in BA.  The Rays rank 15th in BA, but have scored the 2nd-most runs in the majors (almost 6/game).  This will be Vargas' first true test - one that I don't think a guy with a career 5.24 ERA/1.43 WHIP/.270 BAA will pass.

I Agree TOR.is the play today.There are a few others i like,so more than likely will parlay also.LAD,SDP,SF,CC. are the other teams i will use to tie up with TOR.2TEAM parlays.Will see.Any feedback is good. BOL to ALL TODAY......

I think the Yankees are a good play, but I think the other two (TOR & TB) are just as good if not better and provide a much better payout.  Plus Matusz pitched a solid game against the Yanks last week - they just didn't score for him.  I still don't think AJ Burnett is a "sure thing", although he owned BAL last week too.

I'll probably avoid picking TOR for the 3rd time in a row - they've already won the series & they no longer have the lefty advantage.  I also want to avoid the TB/SEA pitching matchup (Garza/Lee).  SD looks to have the advantage over COL, but COL hits lefties very well (.294).  HOU/AZ is a crapshoot - there is no pitching advantage either way.  HOU has lost 8 in a row, but that's gotta end soon.

That leaves us with our chalky Yankees as the only option I feel safe with.  I'll probably take the RL (-155).  BAL sucks against lefties and Pettitte has been dominant in 3 day starts this year (3-0, 1.23 ERA/0.95 WHIP).

Haha yeah I saw that.  If winning money is garbage, call me a trash man.

SD seems to be a decent play, but there's a little risk involved with how well Colorado hits lefties.

I would say besides the Yanks, SD is probably the only other play to even consider.  I'm rolling with the Yankees, but not on a straight bet only because of the line (-160/-320).  I'm going to parlay the Yanks ML & the Cubs ML - comes out to +113 on my sportsbook.  If the Yanks somehow blow it this afternoon, I'll place another bet on the Cubs -1.

Pirates are awful against lefties and although Lilly struggled his last start, it was against AZ's high-powered offense who leads the majors in HR off lefties.  Pitcher going for Pitt (Morton) is 0-5 with a 12.57 ERA this year & a .374 BAA.  Pirates almost certainly aren't going to sweep anybody, and they already took Game 1 - odds are Cubs win at least 1 of the next two.  This looks like the best bet.

Cubs aren't a system play though - my POD for the thread is the Yanks RL.  Good luck everyone!

Now that you have all seen how well this betting model works, I am going to give you a hint

This system can be modified to play TOTALS

And the modified version of this system playing totals will not hit above 70%. It will hit above 80% (4 wins for each loss)
