Prop #1: Tage Thompson Over 3.5 shots on goal

Buffalo Sabres star Tage Thompson has recorded 17 shots on 32 attempts through three games, and he’s logging a monster 20:31 of ice time per night while skating in a top offensive role. 

He’s the go-to shooter on the man advantage, and the Ottawa Senators have the fifth-highest penalties per 60 minutes (5.52) through three games after ranking ninth in the category last year.

Prop #2: Dylan Holloway Over 2.5 shots on goal

The Chicago Blackhawks have surrendered the eighth-most attempts per 60 minutes at 5-on-5 and 10th 10th-most shots per game (30.0), and St. Louis Blues winger Dylan Holloway is off to a solid start with a team-high 20 attempts for nine shots through three games.

His attempts per 60 minutes are also up from 15.56 to 20.54 to start the year, while his efficiency has dipped to 45% of his attempts resulting in shots after converting 53% in 2024-25.

Utah Mammoth winger JJ Peterka has been skating with Logan Cooley and Dylan Guenther on a sneaky line, and while Peterka has only racked up four shots through three games, he has generated nine attempts. 

The trio has also posted a solid 57.1 Corsi For percentage and 58.6% shot share at 5-on-5, and this is the Mammoth home opener.

Meanwhile, the Calgary Flames are playing the second leg of a back-to-back set with travel.
