Our best NHL player props for Monday, April 6
Take a look at our best bets and expert analysis below.
Prop #1: Rasmus Dahlin Over 0.5 points
Rasmus Dahlin is a huge factor behind the Sabres’ impressive campaign.
He’s scored 18 goals and tallied 51 assists this season. Dahlin has cashed the Over in three of his last five contests, and he just had a goal and a helper in Saturday’s loss to the Capitals.
The Sabres take on the Lightning tonight. While the Bolts are an elite club, Dahlin has dominated them in 2025-26.
Across three meetings, he has two goals and five assists. Dahlin also has collected 32 points in 37 home games as Buffalo hosts Tampa here.

Prop #2: Mark Scheifele Over 0.5 assists
Mark Scheifele is having another stellar season, despite the Jets’ struggles.
The veteran has scored 34 goals and registered 60 helpers. He’s setting up goals left and right now, compiling five helpers across his last three appearances.
Scheifele just had two assists against the Blue Jackets on Saturday, playing his part in both of Winnipeg’s goals. Scheifele has a helper against the Kraken this season, and they’re in the midst of a four-game skid, allowing 10 goals across their last two.
The Jets are also at home here, where Scheifele has notched 34 helpers in only 38 outings.

Prop #3: Macklin Celebrini Over 1.5 points
Macklin Celebrini has already reached superstar status this season.
He’s fourth in the NHL in points with 106, consistently producing the goods for the Sharks. Celebrini has hit the Over in three of his last five games, and tonight presents a clear opportunity to keep it going.
The Sharks take on the Blackhawks, one of the worst teams in the league. They’re 25th in goals allowed, and 31st in SOG allowed.
Celebrini generates a ton of chances, and he has 12 SOG across his last three. The youngster already has a goal and an assist against the Hawks this season, as well.
