Kraken vs Flames best bet: Morgan Frost Over 0.5 points (+120)
The Seattle Kraken are not a stacked team at the best of times. Without Jaden Schwartz and Brandon Montour, there isn’t a whole lot there.
That has shown in their underlying numbers of late.
Seattle has allowed shot attempts, high-danger chances, and expected goals at a higher rate than any team in the league over the last 10 games. They have spent far too much time on their heels.
Great goaltending has masked their shortcomings, but it’s not realistic to bank on that nightly, especially from a tandem of Joey Daccord and Philipp Grubauer.
The Calgary Flames could do some damage in this matchup — they recorded four goals and 46 shots the last time these two played — and Morgan Frost has a good chance of getting involved.
He has routinely taken advantage of similar matchups, recording a point in eight of 11 games against Bottom-10 shot suppression teams.
That includes a game against the Kraken in which Frost recorded an assist while generating four shots on goal, his second-highest shooting output of the season.
Frost has also produced at a higher clip when rested. He has 10 points over his last 13 home games following a day off.

Kraken vs Flames same-game parlay
Jonathan Huberdeau rides shotgun with Frost at 5-on-5 and on the power play. Given Frost’s success against Bottom-10 teams in limiting shots, it should be no surprise Huberdeau excels as well.
Huberdeau has seven assists over 10 games against teams fitting the criteria, including one vs. the Kraken.
Nazem Kadri is a Kraken killer. He has 3+ shots in 10 of 12 games against them, including a five-shot, 10-attempt performance back in December.
