My NHL predictions for Frozen Frenzy night are targeting the winless Philadelphia Flyers, who have allowed more shots than any team in the league through seven games.
That makes them a prime target for Bobby McMann, who has cleared his shots prop in all six games this season. Find out why I'm backing McMann in my latest NHL picks.

Pick #1: Bobby McMann Over 2.5 shots
Bobby McMann is a target for 3+ shots up to 56%. He's cleared 2.5 shots in all six outings and is tied with stars Macklin Celebrini and Dylan Guenther in shots per game.
He's averaged a healthy 6.3 attempts, which is very strong volume for a meat-and-potatoes winger who generates a lot of his looks from in tight.
Nearly 50% of his shots have come from the slot. The Philadelphia Flyers not only sit last in slot shots allowed, but also in total shots.
They look completely lost defensively, so this is not a matchup where we should expect McMann’s efficiency to tail off.

Pick #2: Ben Kindel Over 1.5 shots
Ben Kindel is a play for 2+ shots up to 64%. He's off to an impressive start to his sophomore campaign with four points and 14 shots through five games.
He recorded multiple shots in each of them, and has logged at least 17 minutes of ice in four straight.
Kindel cleared 1.5 shots 71% of the time as a rookie when playing 15 minutes or more, and has done so in 17 of his past 20 (85%), including the start of this campaign.
The Chicago Blackhawks rank 29th in shots allowed per 60. This is a prime spot for Kindel to continue producing.

Pick #3: Will Smith Over 0.5 points
I like Will Smith to find the scoresheet up to 60%. He picked up three points in his first game of the season but has gone pointless since, in large part due to a multi-game absence of Celebrini — who is back healthy and centering the top line.
The surrounding circumstances are perfect for Smith to get right. He’s at home, where he picked up a point in 61% of his games a year ago. He has 11 points over the last nine when working on two days of rest.
Smith was also born in Boston and played at Boston College. He may have a little extra pep in his step against his hometown team.
