Sunday Night Football features the Minnesota Vikings and Dallas Cowboys, with both teams’ playoff hopes dangling by a thread in Week 15.

There’s no shortage of drama on SNF, and I have a Vikings vs. Cowboys same-game parlay that throws a little gasoline on that primetime fire.

Here are my best Vikings vs. Cowboys predictions and NFL picks for December 14.

Our best Vikings vs Cowboys SGP for Week 15

While the Minnesota Vikings big win last week came at the expense of a broken Commanders squad, J.J. McCarthy & Co. ran a balanced playbook that marched for 25 first downs and 5.1 yards per play — the second-best EPA per play performance of Week 14.

That finally provided some assistance for a Minnesota defense that's found its form in the second half of 2025.

The Vikings stop unit ranks Top 10 in EPA allowed per play and opponent success rate since Week 9 despite taking on some solid offenses in that span (Detroit, Baltimore, Chicago, Green Bay, and Chicago).

This spread is too big considering how well this Minnesota defense is playing. The Vikings won’t let the Dallas Cowboys hit big plays and run away, keeping it much closer than a touchdown.

McCarthy is building momentum off a solid effort against Washington last week. The Cowboys defense isn’t much better, and projections for “Nine” sit well above 200 yards through the air.

Justin Jefferson needs some love after suffering through a down year in 2025. Dallas’ soft secondary and zone schemes could be the perfect remedy, with this J.J. ranking among the best WRs in the league at breaking open zones.
