Sunday Night Football’s clash between the Detroit Lions and Philadelphia Eagles gives us a chance to see two of the league’s best running backs.
I’ve taken a long look at Saquon Barkley odds to find the very best ways for you to get involved with the Eagles’ RB on SNF.

Saquon Barkley prop pick
Saquon Barkley best bet: Under 70.5 rushing yards (-114 at FanDuel)
We saw one of the great running back seasons from Saquon Barkley in 2024, with a total of 2,857 scrimmage yards and 20 touchdowns, for the Philadelphia Eagles.
Things haven’t been quite as good for the former Penn State man in 2025, though. While not being as good for Barkley is still a lot better than what other running backs can dream of, it’s not what we expect from him.
The running back position doesn’t exist in a vacuum, and with the team not hitting the heights of last year and the offensive line in particular not being as dominant as they were, it’s only natural that their star running back isn’t having the same year.
He’s had just one 100+ rushing yard game after nine games, compared with five in 2024, and it’s yards per carry are substantially lower, racking up just 3.9 compared with 5.7 last season.
The Detroit Lions rank eighth best against the run, allowing an average of just 94.3 yards per game on the ground. Barkley’s line sits below that at 70.5, but it’s a number that he’s exceeded just twice all season. With the Eagles’ playing as they are, we just have to take the Under on Barkley’s rushing yards.

Saquon Barkley same-game parlay
Saquon Barkley Under 70.5 rushing yards
Saquon Barkley Over 16.5 receiving yards
DeVonta Smith Over 57.5 receiving yards
We’re getting +477 on our Saquon Barkley Same-Game Parlay. In addition to the best bet, we’re taking Barkley to have Over 16.5 receiving yards.
This is a modest total for a running back with great hands and one who has been effective in the passing game this season, already matching his total from last year for receiving touchdowns.
He’s had Over 16.5 receiving yards in five of nine games, including his previous two, and the Lions are averaging 21.8 receiving yards allowed to running backs every week.
For the final leg, we’re backing DeVonta Smith to have Over 57.5 receiving yards. He’s exceeded that number in four of his past five games and has had a high 42 targets in that span, an average of 8.4, giving him the volume to cover this mark.
