Ravens vs Vikings prediction

Ravens vs Vikings Best bet: Derrick Henry Over 80.5 rushing yards (-114)

Derrick Henry isn’t having a historic season, but he’s still one of the best backs in the league.

The Baltimore Ravens’ ultimate workhorse is averaging 4.9 yards per carry this season, rushing for 629 overall yards and six touchdowns.

The Ravens smacked the Miami Dolphins in Week 9, and Henry had himself a day. The veteran ran for 119 yards on 19 carries.

He’s now cashed the Over in rushing yards in two of his last three appearances, also cooking the Los Angeles Rams for 122 yards on the ground on October 12.

The Minnesota Vikings’ run defense isn’t great, either. They rank 20th in the league in that category, allowing 122.3 rushing yards per contest.

This game is a clear opportunity for Henry to find some holes and put up big numbers.

Ravens vs Vikings same-game parlay

Lamar Jackson is back from injury, and he’s thriving.

In his return last weekend, the quarterback absolutely dominated the Dolphins. He completed 18 of 23 passes for 204 yards while throwing for four touchdowns.

While that was his first game since September 28, the signal-caller has hit the Over in TDs in four of five appearances in 2025. I expect him to do damage again.

JJ McCarthy got another start for Minnesota in Week 9, and he ran with the opportunity. The Michigan product led the Vikings to a surprise victory over the Detroit Lions, where he completed 14 of 25 passes for 143 yards and two touchdowns.

Although I do expect McCarthy to do his part on Sunday, he’s yet to cash the Over in passing yards this season. The 208.5 number is too high for my liking.

Ravens vs Vikings 3-leg SGP

  • Derrick Henry Over 80.5 rushing yards
  • Lamar Jackson Over 1.5 passing TDs
  • JJ McCarthy Under 208.5 passing yards

Our big-ticket SGP: Jefferson makes Ravens miserable

While McCarthy's passing yard number seems too high, Justin Jefferson's receiving yard total seems too low, and that creates a nice reverse-correlation opportunity. Jefferson has cleared this prop in six of his last seven overall.

Ravens vs Vikings 4-leg SGP

  • Derrick Henry Over 80.5 rushing yards
  • Lamar Jackson Over 1.5 passing TDs
  • JJ McCarthy Under 208.5 passing yards
  • Justin Jefferson Over 71.5 receiving yards

Ravens vs Vikings odds

  • Spread: Ravens -4.5 | Vikings +4.5
  • Moneyline: Ravens -230 | Vikings +190
  • Over/Under: Over 48.5 | Under 48.5
