The Ravens have bullied the Browns in their last three meetings, and Derrick Henry holds the key to continuing that dominance on Sunday.

With Lamar Jackson’s injury history, the Baltimore Ravens are no strangers to playing without their star quarterback, and that helps to explain why they’re 3-point favorites for Sunday’s visit to the Cleveland Browns despite backup Tyler Huntley getting the start.

Huntley is 3-0 as a starter since last season, and my Ravens vs. Browns predictions back Baltimore to grind out a win here thanks to a steady dose of Derrick Henry carnage exploiting a vulnerable Cleveland run defense.

Ravens vs Browns prediction: Ravens -3.5

The Baltimore Ravens are chasing their fourth straight win over the Cleveland Browns, and Lamar Jackson’s absence isn’t deterring me from fading a Cleveland team that crashed back to earth last weekend. Even with Todd Monken's knowledge of his former team, I'll lay the points - playable anywhere from -3 to -4.

Tyler Huntley, one of the NFL’s better backup QBs, led Baltimore to an overtime win in Week 5, but this pick is more about what Derrick Henry can do against a Browns defense that’s allowing 117.4 rushing yards per game and could be without Carson Schwesinger and Mason Graham (both questionable).

On the other side of the ball, look for the visitors to be opportunistic against Deshaun Watson, who was sacked eight times in Week 5 and may have to do more in the passing game given the hosts' backfield injuries.

The Ravens are 4-2 ATS in their past six road games, and two of the last three meetings between these teams have been emphatic Baltimore blowouts.

 TOP PICK
Ravens vs Browns player prop: Derrick Henry Over 88.5 rushing yards

The Ravens have handed Henry a heavy workload once again this season - he leads the league with 113 carries while averaging 95.2 YPG on the ground, and yet there's room for more with Jackson sidelined.

This AFC North duel is a favorable matchup for King Henry, too, with the Browns giving up 134 rushing yards last weekend in New York and dealing with injuries across the defensive line. I don't see that banged-up unit being a match for Baltimore's powerhouse RB, who sits third in the NFL in yards after contact (262).

Henry has gone past this O/U number in eight of his last 10 outings, and a run-heavy script should produce 20+ carries.

Covers COVERS INTEL: The big pivot point in this matchup comes when Baltimore’s elite run game (5.1 yards per rush, third-best in the league) goes to work against a shaky Cleveland front (4.5 yards allowed per rush, tenth-worst).

Ravens vs Browns combo

The Ravens have scored 24+ points in each of their wins this year, and this line feels too low despite Jackson being sidelined. The Over is 7-3 in Baltimore’s last 10 games, and it’s been a winning ticket in the past five meetings between these teams.

With Cleveland sweating on the health of key defensive playmakers, Huntley can deliver a similar stat line to his SNF effort against the Falcons (201 passing yards, two TD passes, no turnovers), while the Browns’ offense is boosted by KC Concepcion clearing the concussion protocol.

When Baltimore isn’t riding Henry and the ground game, look for Mark Andrews to be a key checkdown option for Huntley. Andrews has 22 catches through five contests, and he’s finished with 6+ targets in four of those outings.
