The Wild Card Round is where plus-money NFL picks shine.
From a low-total tight end reception prop that ignores game script, to a quarterback priced to throw three touchdowns, to another tight end with a path to lead his game in receiving yards, these NFL playoff markets offer real upside for bettors willing to look past the obvious.
NFL Wild Card Weekend Predictions: Best plus money bets
| Player | Pick | |
|---|---|---|
| Over 2.5 receptions | +130 | |
| 3+ passing TDs | +350 | |
| Most receiving yards | +450 |

Tommy Tremble Over 2.5 receptions
The Carolina Panthers are going to have to throw at some point on Saturday as one of the biggest home underdogs in Wild Card history. That sets up well for Tommy Tremble, who stepped into a true every-down role last week and keeps it with Ja’Tavion Sanders out.
Tremble played 90% of the snaps and saw four targets in a mostly neutral script. If Carolina falls behind early, that workload should climb into the five- or six-target range. He’s now the clear TE1 with no rotation behind him, which is rare this time of year.
THE BLITZ projects Tremble for 2.98 receptions, making this number closer to a fair price of -115.
Trevor Lawrence 3+ passing touchdowns
Only Matthew Stafford projects for more passing TDs this week than Trevor Lawrence, who has thrown three or more scores in three of his last four games. He’s also piled up 10 passing TDs over his last three home starts, with this pass-catching group playing its best football of the season.
Parker Washington has 347 yards over the last three games, Jakobi Meyers continues to move the chains, and Brian Thomas remains a matchup problem. Add in Brenton Strange and Travis Etienne as a receiving threat, and there are plenty of ways for this offense to score.
The Buffalo Bills are banged up in the secondary, with rookie Maxwell Hairston out and Jordan Poyer questionable, plus linebacker Terrel Bernard missing practice. If the Bills sell out to stop the run, Lawrence should be forced to throw — and that sets up well for another strong passing day.
Colston Loveland most receiving yards
This is a strong spot to attack the most receiving yards market. With seven players clustered between 28 and 54 yards, one option clearly has the ceiling to separate from the pack.
Colston Loveland is set up for a massive workload, projecting to play around 90% of the snaps and run roughly 85% of the routes. Both offenses are loaded with wide receivers, which should spread targets thin and limit individual ceilings at that position. That funnels opportunity toward Loveland, who has seen 23 targets over the last two games.
He doesn’t need a monster performance to cash this. A 75-yard outing would likely get it done, and he’s already topped 80 yards in back-to-back games against Detroit and San Francisco.
There is also a chance Jordan Love gets knocked out of this game, as he is playing his first game back from a concussion, which the Bears gave him.
