A wild NFL Week 9 is nearly in the books, and the playoff picture is slowly getting clearer, though so much can happen in a few short weeks.

Below, I break down how the Super Bowl LX odds have shifted in the wake of this week's action, focusing on the fallout from the latest chapter of the Buffalo Bills vs. Kansas City Chiefs.

Buffalo Bills Super Bowl LX odds

The Buffalo Bills didn’t just get revenge on the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 9; they sent a statement across the league.

Buffalo beat Kansas City 28-21 on Sunday, exacting a measure of payback for last year’s AFC Championship defeat to the Chiefs.

Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl LX odds

Despite the loss, Kansas City remains the Super Bowl favorite, seeing its price move from +450 to +550. The Bills are hot on KC’s heels, however, adjusting from +750 to +600 in the futures odds – the second overall favorite.

Buffalo’s big bump up the board was helped along by losses from the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers in Week 9.

Detroit Lions Super Bowl LX odds

Detroit, which lost 27-24 to the Minnesota Vikings, dropped from +600 to +900 (fourth overall). Green Bay, which was upset 16-13 by the Carolina Panthers, slid from +700 to +1000 to win Super Bowl LX (sixth).

With those NFC contenders crashing out and the Los Angeles Rams looking strong in a one-sided win over the New Orleans Saints, oddsmakers upped L.A. from +1000 to +950. The Philadelphia Eagles also shifted from +1000 to +800 despite having a bye in Week 9.

Indianapolis Colts Super Bowl LX odds

The Indianapolis Colts were another Super Bowl hopeful taking a tumble in Week 9. They fell 27-20 in a turnover-plagued outing against the Pittsburgh Steelers, slipping from +1100 to +1300.
