The Seattle Seahawks have a case for being the most complete team in the NFL, and we’ll get a closer look at their Super Bowl credentials on Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals.
Though Jacoby Brissett has given the Arizona offense a lift since stepping in for Kyler Murray, my Cardinals vs. Seahawks predictions expect another ruthless Seattle performance here, with Zach Charbonnet adding to his touchdown tally.

Cardinals vs Seahawks Best bet: Zach Charbonnet anytime touchdown (+145)
The spotlight has understandably shone brightest on Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Sam Darnold this season for a Seattle Seahawks offense that’s scoring 28.9 PPG, fifth-most in the league. But Zach Charbonnet’s role as a bruising goal-line option shouldn’t be overlooked on this 6-2 Seattle squad.
Charbonnet is sharing the backfield work with Kenneth Walker III, but he’s been the go-to guy for short-yardage work, turning those opportunities into five touchdowns and taking the pressure off Darnold to make throws in a crowded red zone.
I like this price for Charbonnet to pad his 2025 stats with another TD on Sunday. The Arizona Cardinals gave up a pair of rushing scores to Josh Jacobs in Week 7, and Charbonnet hit pay dirt on a 1-yard run in Arizona in Week 4.
We could also see the visitors wear down defensively in the second half, given that this is a short week and a second straight road contest.
The Seahawks are moving the ball efficiently, and Smith-Njigba’s hot streak means defenses have to respect the passing game. Even if the hosts do most of their damage through the air, I expect them to call Charbonnet’s number inside the 5-yard line, and his thumping running style should take care of the rest.

Darnold has been on a tear lately, including his 330-yard, four-TD masterpiece on SNF against the Washington Commanders, and now he faces an Arizona pass defense that ranks in the bottom third of the league in yards allowed. Darnold has gone past this passing yards number in three of his last four contests, and the Rashid Shaheed deal gives him another downfield weapon.
I’ll also take the Seattle moneyline here and ride with a team that’s showing no mercy on either side of the ball. The spread feels a little too high with some of the hosts’ injuries, but the Seahawks should still walk away with the win to move to 3-2 at Lumen Field.

Trey McBride found the end zone on Monday night for his fifth TD of the season, and he’s seen 75 targets through eight games.
I expect a few more chances to come his way this weekend, including on Arizona red zone trips, and his YAC potential keeps a touchdown in play on any reception.
