Our Bills vs Rams combo picks for Monday Night Football are all about offense in what should be a high-scoring showdown under the prime-time lights.

Nine times out of 10, you're grabbing a combo meal when you hit the drive-thru. With the Buffalo Bills and Los Angeles Rams meeting tonight on Monday Night Football, we're going with that mentality.

Our Bills vs. Rams combos for Week 5 are heavy on touchdowns and Josh Allen magic, but that's not all we're cooking.

These NFL picks and Josh Inglis' Bills vs. Rams predictions will satisfy your combo-play hunger on Monday, Oct. 12.

Bills vs Rams combo

Josh Allen anytime touchdown

Matthew Stafford anytime touchdown

Analyst Josh Inglis is a big fan of doubling up on either side's quarterback to find the end zone, and is going back to the well with both Josh Allen and Matthew Stafford tonight.

"Allen already has seven rushing TDs this year and is nearly a coin flip to find the end zone again on Monday. Stafford is the tougher leg to hit.

"The solace here is that THE BLITZ has Stafford's TD as the best +EV TD prop in this game. He's currently 17/1 to score but should be priced closer to 12/1. Stafford does have a QB sneak in the playbook at the goal line, and the Bills just got gashed by Maye on the ground.

"It's a long shot for a reason, but I'm playing the long game on Monday night. A 54.5-point total has me excited this week, as both offenses should get 4+ red-zone trips."

Bills vs Rams touchdown combo

Josh Allen

Dalton Kincaid

Kyren Williams

I'm not as adventurous as Josh, but I am backing Allen to score once again. He hasn't come up empty in any game this season and had two touchdowns in each of his first three games.

And while his legs have outpaced his arm, Allen still has six passing touchdowns. Tight end Dalton Kincaid started the season strong, hauling in 12 receptions (including a TD) in the first two weeks. After only three catches on five targets in the last two weeks, I like Kincaid to step back up against a Los Angeles Rams defense that has been susceptible to TE sets.

Kyren Williams only managed one touchdown through three weeks to start the campaign, but found the end zone twice in Week 4 against the Eagles. He's still the primary back, and his usage has remained high over the last three games, eclipsing 80 yards each time.

Bills vs Rams milestone combo

Josh Allen 250+ passing yards

Matthew Stafford 275+ passing yards

Khalil Shakir 50+ receiving yards

I'm turning to Covers' trusty NFL prop projections page to help build out our milestone parlay for Monday Night Football.

This game has the makings of a shootout, with an Over/Under of 54.5, so I'm looking for both quarterbacks to air it out in prime time.

Our projections have Allen at 269 yards and Stafford hitting 292. I'll happily take their milestones at those numbers.

While I'm tempted to go with either Davante Adams or Puka Nacua against this atrocious Buffalo secondary, I like Khalil Shakir as Allen's primary weapon through the air. The number is considerably lower, and with the Bills expected to be playing from behind as 3.5-point underdogs, I expect Allen to be attempting a lot of passes, which only benefits Shakir.
