Week 4 is loaded with ranked matchups and conference showdowns, but one of my favorite college football Over/Under picks on the entire board comes from UCLA's trip to Maryland.
The Bruins have been running teams over, the Terps can sling it, and I think 56.5 is asking too little from two offenses that match up well with what the other defense gives away.

UCLA vs Maryland: Over 56.5
UCLA's ground game has been ridiculous, with Wayne Knight averaging 8.85 yards per carry and scoring eight times, but Maryland has the offense to make this a back-and-forth game.
Malik Washington has thrown for 706 yards over his last two starts alone, including 359 against Virginia Tech, and now gets a UCLA defense that just allowed Purdue to score 38.
The Bruins should have success controlling the game on the ground, but Washington gives Maryland the firepower to keep answering. I have this closer to the low 60s than 56.5.
Wake Forest vs Louisville: Over 57.5
Louisville isn't just scoring a lot — it's making defenses pick their poison. Lincoln Kienholz has six passing touchdowns, four more on the ground, and hasn't thrown an interception, while the Cardinals just ran for 265 yards against SMU. The problem is Louisville allowed 479 yards and 31 points in that same game.
That combination is perfect for an Over.
Wake doesn't have to match Louisville score for score; it just needs to take advantage of a defense giving up yards. If Wake gets into the 20s, Louisville can push this past 57.5.
Wisconsin vs Penn State: Under 44.5
Colton Joseph threw for 362 yards in Wisconsin's 54-point explosion against Eastern Michigan, but this is where we find out how much of that was opponent-driven. Penn State is allowing just 7.3 points per game, and Wisconsin's offense now has to sustain drives against a defense that's been excellent at getting off the field.
The Badgers can help the Under themselves with a defense allowing fewer than 300 yards per game.
If Penn State gets ahead, I expect Wisconsin to struggle to answer while the Nittany Lions bleed the game away on the ground.
