Auburn will hang tight by targeting Georgia's suspect secondary, with QB Jackson Arnold leaning more heavily on his talented receiver corps.

The Auburn Tigers are still searching for their first SEC win of the season, but it won’t come easily this week as they welcome the Georgia Bulldogs to Jordan-Hare Stadium on Saturday, October 11.

The key to success for the Tigers will be if QB Jackson Arnold can lean on his talented wideouts to attack a suspect Bulldogs secondary. So, I’ve built a same-game parlay that banks on War Eagle taking flight in this one.

Our best Georgia vs Auburn SGP for Week 7

The Auburn Tigers are coming off consecutive tough losses, dropping one-possession decisions to Oklahoma and Texas A&M, both on the road. Jackson Arnold, a dual-threat QB, has been solid in those matchups, throwing for 345 yards while completing 60% of his passes. And while he’s thrown just one touchdown, he’s also not thrown a pick.

Now, Auburn returns home for this matchup against the Georgia Bulldogs. The Tigers love running the football, but they know the way to beat the Dawgs is through the air, and Arnold has a pair of elite wide receivers in Eric Singleton Jr. and Cam Coleman.

Arnold would do well to lean on them. Georgia has been torched by opposing QBs this season. Joey Aguilar and Ty Simpson both put up big numbers. But most surprising was seeing a Kentucky team that can't pass throw for 225 yards.

As a result, Georgia ranks 96th in the country in defensive success rate on dropbacks. I like Arnold to go Over his modest passing yards prop here.

And I like Coleman to be the recipient of one of the passes for a score.

Coleman is coming off a tough outing against Texas A&M, where he caught just four of eight targets for 18 yards in the loss. But he is supremely talented and will bounce back here.

Coleman has 17 catches for 255 yards and two scores this season and can take one to the house on any play. Arnold will need him to be at his best if they want to have a shot at upsetting Georgia.

The other thing that Auburn has going for it is its defensive front, led by Keldric Faulk. The Tigers are excellent at stopping the run, ranking second in opponent EPA per rush and third in defensive success rate vs. the rush.

That combination, plus being at home, will keep this game close to the final whistle.
