Auburn vs Baylor props for Week 1

  • Auburn Cam Coleman anytime touchdown (+105)
  • Baylor Josh Cameron anytime touchdown (+120)
  • Baylor Bryson Washington 2+ touchdowns (+240)

Prop bet #1: Cam Coleman anytime touchdown

+105 at FanDuel

Cam Coleman enters his sophomore season as the Auburn Tigers' top playmaker, and we’re getting good value for him to find the end zone.

He tied for the team lead in touchdowns last year with eight, proving himself as both a red-zone finisher and a reliable third-down target.

Over the final three weeks of the 2024 regular season, Coleman led the nation with six receiving touchdowns and ranked sixth with 306 receiving yards.

Now paired with new quarterback Jackson Arnold, Auburn needs dependable passing options, and Coleman’s size, crisp route running, and sure hands make him the obvious choice.

He’ll face a Baylor Bears secondary that allowed 214 passing yards per game and 14 red-zone touchdown passes last year.

Coleman has scored in three straight games and is a strong bet to extend that streak Friday night.

Prop bet #2: Josh Cameron anytime touchdown

+120 at FanDuel

Josh Cameron provides Baylor with an excellent outlet in the passing and punt return game, and his role should be even more prominent this season.

The senior wideout led the Bears in 2024 with 52 catches, 754 yards, and 10 touchdowns. While he didn’t score as a returner, he still averaged a nation-best 20 yards per punt return, highlighted by a 73-yard burst.

Cameron should be quarterback Sawyer Robertson’s top target, and Auburn’s secondary showed cracks in 2024 against physical receivers.

The Tigers allowed 12 passing touchdowns last season, including eight from inside the red zone, while giving up 12.8 yards per catch.

With Bryson Washington commanding defensive attention, Cameron’s size and strength make him a tough wideout to slow down.

He scored in three of his last four games and is a strong anytime touchdown play at home.

Prop bet #3: Bryson Washington 2+ touchdowns

+240 at FanDuel

Bryson Washington scoring at least two touchdowns looks like a clever play with Baylor’s backfield thinned by injury. Junior running back Dawson Pendergrass will miss the entire season, leaving Washington as the clear workhorse.

The sophomore tied Baylor’s scampered for a dozen scores while hauling in 22 receptions for 217 yards and one TD in 2024, showcasing his versatility in the red zone with multi-TD performances against both TCU and West Virginia.

Auburn returns six defensive starters, but the Tigers' leaky red-zone stop unit allowed 16 of its 18 rushing TDs from inside the 20 last season.

Washington had multiple TD games four times last season, including three of his previous five games, making 2+ TDs a strong bet Friday night.
