The Indiana Pacers will aim to finish off the New York Knicks at home in Game 6 tonight — and that puts the spotlight squarely on the Tyrese Haliburton odds.

The All-Star guard had a rough outing in Game 5, but I’m backing him to bounce back in a big way.

My NBA picks for Saturday, May 31, break down the best angles for wagering on Haliburton’s props.

Tyrese Haliburton best bet

Over 21.5 points (-105 at bet365)

Haliburton has played well in the 2025 playoffs, averaging 18.7 points, 9.5 assists, and 5.7 rebounds while shooting 33% from downtown. In this specific series against the Knicks, the former All-Star has put up 21 ppg.

Game 5 was a stinker for Haliburton, with Jalen Brunson & Co. limiting him to single digits in points. However, he’s shown in these playoffs he can bounce back when necessary, and I believe that will happen tonight.

In Game 4 on home court, Haliburton made all sorts of history, finishing with 32 points, 15 assists, and 12 rebounds.

He’s cashed the Over in points in three of his last six postseason contests and also finished with 20 in Game 3 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. There will also be a different sense of motivation here for Haliburton.

He’ll be hungry to come out and respond after a terrible performance.

While he’s scored a bit more on the road in the playoffs, we’ll see the best version of the PG tonight as he looks to help Indiana book a date with the Thunder in the NBA Finals.

Tyrese Haliburton same-game parlay

Over 21.5 points

Under 10.5 assists

Over 3.5 threes

Haliburton averaged 9.2 during the regular season, and he’s dished out 9.5 assists in the playoffs. However, his total tonight is too high for my liking. He’s only eclipsed this number in three of his last nine appearances.

He’s also hit the Under in assists in four of his previous five games at home. Yes, Hali dished out 15 dimes in Game 4 in Indianapolis, but I don’t think you’ll see that happening again here. Based on the trends, the Under in assists holds value.

As for Hali’s 3-point shooting, he is streaky. After all, he's draining just 33% of his attempts. However, if he’s going to show out like I’m predicting, the triple will play its part.

Haliburton was 5-for-12 from deep in Game 4 when he showed out for 32, and he averaged 3.2 makes at home this season compared to 2.8 on the road.
