HR Prop #1: Teoscar Hernandez
We have to ride Teoscar Hernandez’s hot streak, right?
The Los Angeles Dodgers slugger has been on fire in the playoffs, going 5-for-14 with three dingers through three games.
Hernandez was the difference-maker in Game 1 against the Philadelphia Phillies, going deep for a three-run bomb to put L.A. ahead for good in the seventh inning.
He’ll face Jesus Luzardo tonight, and Hernandez has an impressive track record there, going for 3-for-8 with two doubles.
His homer in the series opener came off lefty Matt Strahm, and Hernandez also cracked six regular-season round-trippers off southpaws.
HR Prop #2: William Contreras
William Contreras and the Milwaukee Brewers walked away with a statement win in Game 1 against the Chicago Cubs, and they'll be looking to take a 2-0 series lead tonight.
The Brew Crew catcher left the yard 17 times in the season, and he was very productive in the series opener, going 2-for-5 with a double.
The 27-year-old hit .297 against the Cubs in 2025 with two home runs. He’ll face Shota Imanaga this evening, and he’s had success in this matchup, going 3-for-10 with a pair of homers.
Imanaga is someone Contreras has confidence against, and that will result in another dinger.
HR Prop #3: Shohei Ohtani
The best player on the planet had a terrible night at the dish in Game 1, going 0-for-4 with four strikeouts. But we’re talking about Shohei Ohtani, and I have no doubts he’ll bounce back in Game 2.
Luzardo will need to be careful with the Japanese superstar because he’s taken him deep twice before.
While Ohtani is just 2-for-14 overall against Luzardo, he does swing it fairly well against lefties. Ohtani went deep 15 times in ‘25 off southpaws.
He’s already left the yard twice in the postseason, starting the Dodgers’ World Series defense with two long balls in Game 1 against the Cincinnati Reds in the Wild Card.
Also, Ohtani homered twice this season vs. Philadelphia.
