The Los Angeles Dodgers (26-14) and Arizona Diamondbacks (21-19) conclude a four-game series on Sunday.
Arizona took the first and third games, while L.A. won a wild Game 2.
Corbin Carroll’s total bases prop is catching my eye for my Dodgers vs. Diamondbacks predictions and MLB picks for May 11.

My Dodgers vs Diamondbacks best bet: Corbin Carroll Over 1.5 total bases (-117 at Caesars)
Corbin Carroll has been on fire for the Arizona Diamondbacks.
The 24-year-old has a 153 wRC+ and .280/.349/.583 slash line through 186 plate appearances, a stark contrast to last year when he struggled out of the gate.
He’s been particularly effective against right-handed pitching with a 182 wRC+, a .298/.365/.683 slash line, and .386 ISO. The star outfielder hits for average and power against RHP, making him a consistent threat.
Tony Gonsolin takes the mound for the Los Angeles Dodgers the third time this season. In his first two outings (both against Miami), he faced 27 left-handed batters who combined to hit .320 off of him.
The 30-year-old hurler’s 95 Stuff+ isn’t terrific. While his 2.81 xERA and 2.94 FIP are encouraging, keep in mind that he’s only made two starts, and both were against the lowly Marlins.
Chase Field is located 1,000 feet above sea level. The roof should be closed for this one with 100-degree temps outside, but conditions will still be ripe for offensive output, which shows in the high total of 9.5.
However, there’s still value to be had in the player prop market, where one can bet on Carroll’s total bases prop of 1.5.
He ranks in the 93rd percentile or above in xwOBA, xSLG, average exit velocity, barrel rate, and hard-hit percentage.
Carroll has been more effective at home (137 wRC+) than on the road (111 wRC+) in his career. Here’s betting he has a productive day at home with a favorable platoon split in a game with favorable weather conditions.
Caesars QuickPick: Our Dodgers vs Diamondbacks same-game parlay (SGP)
Zac Gallen takes the mound for Arizona. He’s in fine form lately, holding the Mets to two earned runs on two hits with 14 strikeouts across 13 innings in his last two starts.
He’s averaging 6.3 strikeouts across his last three outings.
There’s still a worry about his walk rate, which is up to 11%. He’s issued multiple free passes in six straight starts, and Los Angeles leads the league in pitches seen per plate appearances.
Shohei Ohtani has scored a run in five of his last six games and stands to benefit atop the order.
