Game 2 of the World Series takes place tonight at the Rogers Centre, with the Toronto Blue Jays holding a 1-0 lead after a huge win in Game 1.

My MLB player props home run analysis and Dodgers vs. Blue Jays predictions eye Mookie Betts and Vladimir Guerrero Jr. to go yard.

Dodgers home run pick

Mookie Betts (+550 at BetMGM)

Mookie Betts hasn't been his usual dominant self at the dish in 2025, but he’s still capable of putting a ball in the bleachers, and tonight’s matchup plays in his favor. The veteran is 16-for-51 lifetime against Kevin Gausman, smacking three round-trippers.

He's hitting .289 in the playoffs, and although he’s yet to go yard, the shortstop did have 20 home runs during the regular season. He also had a hit in Game 1. If there’s any time for Betts to find his power stroke, it could be tonight against a familiar arm.

Blue Jays home run pick

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. (+360 at BetMGM)

Vladimir Guerrero Jr.'s success in this postseason is well-documented. He’s swinging the bat with a ton of confidence, batting .447 with six home runs. His World Series debut was nothing short of spectacular, going 2-for-4 with a walk.

The first baseman has never faced Yoshinobu Yamamoto, but Vladdy has three bombs in his last six contests. He tends to thrive at Rogers Centre, and based on his hot streak, there’s little doubt he'll go deep at some point in this Fall Classic.
