Kevin Durant has entered the extended chat between athletes and sports bettors — particularly parlay bettors.
The Phoenix Suns star and avid tweeter is the latest to shout down bettors who complain at athletes when their prop bets don't hit.
When I get ya paid, u don’t DM me and send a small percentage to my cashapp but when them parlays don’t hit, I’m every name in the book. Yall ain’t real

Oddly enough, the public service announcement comes after Durant led the Suns to a 140-137 double-overtime victory over the Utah Jazz on Sunday night by dropping 39 points, 10 assists, and eight rebounds, falling just shy of a triple-double.
Durant joins a chorus of athletes who have had to deal with persistent direct messages and exchanges with fans and bettors over their stat lines.
Earlier this month, Miami Heat star Jimmy Butler was drawn into a mid-game conversation with a courtside fan who pleaded with him to help cash his bets.

Malik Monk and Kevin Huerter of the Sacramento Kings have also recently shut down fans for bugging them about their wagers.
Idc bout yall parlays

NBA players aren't the only ones inundated with these messages. NFL quarterback and former MVP Lamar Jackson also had to shut down the sports betting and fantasy football mob.
Boy Idgad About your Parlay or fantasies I’m trying to win ‼️ #GreatTeamWin #Truzz

Getting back to Durant, a fan responded to him on X and said a "multi-millionaire" should be "cool with us making a couple band aids." That message seemed to win Durant over.
"U right tho, lemme delete my tweet," KD responded.
