The PGA Tour heads to Muirfield Village for the Memorial Tournament and the seventh of eight signature events this season.
Defending champion and World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler is the betting favorite in the Memorial Tournament odds for the limited-field event. My top sleepers and longshot golf picks are looking further down the board to a trio of PGA Tour winners in good form.
Memorial Tournament sleeper picks
- Straka to win outright (+4500 at FanDuel)
- Finau to win outright (+5000 at DraftKings)

Memorial Tournament sleeper predictions
Sleeper pick to win: Sepp Straka
+4500 at FanDuel
I’m surprised to see Sepp Straka this far down the odds list considering he’s won twice on the PGA Tour this season and finished T5 in the Memorial while gaining true strokes across the board last year.
His game is dialed in, too. He ranks eighth in this field in both true strokes gained tee-to-green and driving accuracy dating back to his January win at the American Express, and I also particularly appreciate him ranking second on approach and 14th in putting during the run.
It doesn’t end there, either. Straka is fourth in adjusted scoring average, second in birdie-or-better percentage, and fifth in bogey avoidance on Tour this season, too.
Sleeper pick to win: Tony Finau
+5000 at DraftKings
Look out for Tony Finau this week. This will be his ninth competitive visit to Muirfield Village, and he has five Top 15s, including a T8 last year while gaining true strokes across the board.
Finau has also gained true strokes across the board in back-to-back tournaments with a T15-T19 run in star-studded fields to respectably rank 12th in this field in both true strokes gained tee-to-green and on approach.
The building momentum is encouraging because his last victory was all the way back in April 2023 at the Mexico Open. He's carded five Top 5s since.
Sleeper pick to win: Andrew Novak
+9000 at bet365
Andrew Novak bounced back at the Charles Schwab last week with a T11 while finishing second in the field in true strokes gained tee-to-green. It was his fifth Top 20 across his past six events, which includes his team win at the Zurich Classic, a T3 at the Valero, and a solo second at the RBC Heritage.
He also impressively ranks seventh in this field in true strokes gained tee-to-green during the run.
While the rest of his statistical profile doesn’t completely jump off the page because he can run hot and cold, it’s hard to argue with Novak's results. Add his solo third in the Farmers in January, and he’s been showing off on tough tracks and in solid fields.
Odds are correct at the time of publishing and are subject to change.
