mollydog and #1 kingdomglory super hot! 10-0 and more. amazing! however, i don't know where they got their odds/spreads so big of advantages. this is something not fair. they won with the odds they found, but i loss cus my lines are normal. so we got to be careful how we follow them.

I just looked at the the very top 2 winners in the WNBA Contest.
It appears, that most of the time they didn't even need all those extra points or even less on the negative points on the spread.
They called the winners and those extra pts they didn't even need on many of their picks, and looked to have been safe winners if one was tail them at their Sports Book..

A lot of the time I try to work out the game situation myself and then compare to Molly's, yet didn't like going against her, I'd fade her at times and it worked out.
At times I'll just break out my calculator and use it to count how many wins they're at on the posted teams they rank at.
(e.g) Molly is great w/ Washington Mystics, I'll use my calculator to count how many wins/losses in a row in game wins or in totals.
Most users will not exceed in anyone team or sides. Up to 6 to 7 wins in a row on anyone team or sides is usually the max in wins until a loss or two, and usually no more than 1 to 3 losses in a row for the best.
So I hit 0+ for a loss and 1+ for a win on calculator and go over a few weeks of plays on any contestant making picks. 0+1+1+0+0+1+1+1 etc.
to keep everything in order. When see a pattern in their win/loss ratio, if I see too many wins or losses in a row I'll either take it or fade it, then I'll wager at my sports book a good amount and it pays off..

That's a good strategy that I have been following with some users the last 2 years on here.
Problem with mollydog is that they went on an 18 - 2 heater in their like last 20 games in WNBA. Nutz.

It does help generate the bigger picture on how a contest member usually plays on a certain team that they're good at, it even works here w/ the bottom of the barrow members on here, too (and where they're currently at, on a win/loss). As some members here may indeed not be very good, yet they are amazing at 1 or 2 certain teams they choose.

Yeah: molly lines so unfair. Thus is not true contest. More than 10x, molly won by 1/2 to 2 points, but i loss. Why covers.com allow this unfair n unrealistic points spreads? Disappointed to spents hours on covers n looking at toronto +20 molly pick. Then i got +14 for example. Real lines out there never reach +15 toronto
been over 2.5 days never went tis long, should b finished.

I noticed a few weeks ago that the contest odds differed from the league page. It was significant difference too. I wonder if they pulled it because cappers were exploiting the poor lines. I hit 6 in row several times all on WNBA. The deck is stacked against you on these contests which is why its so rare that anyone wins.

Like almost everyone else, I can only speculate. Yet I sorta assume if the top 2 to 3 members at the top just oscillate around each other and no one new ever moves up to a higher tier, they may have cut contest short pulling the plug on it and no longer worth the time grading or messing w/ it..
