I’d love to see the Mystics exploit the Merc D

- Phoenix letdown after beating the champs.

- Copper regression. They could easily be 0-3 if she doesn’t score 75 the last two games.

- Cloud comments upon leaving Washington. 

- Austin probable and looking better every game. 

- Bounce back for Atkins. 

- Both teams rely on the three. Phoenix is #1 through three games with 41.7% of their points coming from behind the arc. Washington is #2 at 36%. Defensively, Washington is also 2nd best at guarding the three. Opponents have shot just 25.8% from deep over four games compared to Phoenix in the bottom half at 7th, allowing 32.5%. 

Mercury 31/69 from three in two games against the Aces but just 6/23 in the other game. If they do something similar against Washington, which seems likely based on the numbers, I absolutely think the mystics cover and maybe even pick up their first win of the season.
