Sharp’s Unconventional - June 22

There’s a lot of value here.  If you’ve been fading these you’ve won your last five.  Picking the opposite of what I think doesn’t seem to be working but why couldn’t I win when I bet what I thought was right!

Tonight I do have some leans so here are my backwards picks.

Mystics at Sky:  I agree with Lippy and like Chicago.  I especially like a Chicago Q1 bet:  Washington just doesn’t really do it for me on the road and Chicago is desperate and I think Kopper and Mabry will come to play.  So give me Washington -3.

Sun at Lynx:  Love the under here.  Both teams shot well on June 1.  I don’t see that happening again.  Plus there are some injuries to deal with and lately Minnesota hasn’t been scoring (despite having won a few games).  So I’ll take the Over 158!

Fever at Storm:  This seems prime for a shootout with the stars of both teams going hard.  So give me the Under 164.

Nice contradiction. You like the under in Sun at Lynx, then on the last sentence you want to take the over 158

Also, you think there will be a shootout in Fever at Storm, but you want to take the under 164

I missed the part about the backward picks. I get it now.  Basically, you are fading your own picks.  That make sense now.

Yeah I had a poor first four weeks of the season so like they said on Seinfeld “If every instinct I have is wrong the opposite must be right.”  But it isn’t working out that way so far…

In the end, I don't think it worked out well for George either, but then again, nothing ever works out for him, because, well . . . because he's George.

Murphy's Law, as soon as you Fade yourself the trend will reverse and your original picks will win? I don't know.
