Yes there’s no need to get this at the moment.  The Fever made some off season good moves but still a work in progress.  

Clark is getting a lot of publicity for no reason in my opinion but it does draw eyes to the sport.

Mystics are a near bottom team as their record indicates but are competitive nonetheless. Fever still has star-stud cast even without their main star, getting it at -2 looks like a steal. I expected this line to go up

 For no reason? She produced (scored or assisted on) the most points in WNBA history her rookie season.

 For no reason meaning the bad publicity she receives for fouls and other nonsense.  Not her play and output.  I should have said bad publicity. 

if she was just scoring and playing like other WNBA stars people wouldn’t make news story’s.  For some reason she is making news over a hard foul.  SMH 

I think the Fever are going to miss not only her scoring but her passing ability to open up the offense for her teammates. Seeing the Mystics cover the number, possibly winning outright

 Idk if I will place a wager on this game, but I lean Mystics and Under kind of because of what you are saying. This team, more than maybe any team in the league, is built around one player. Every move they made in the offseason, their playstyle, everything that do is predicated on CC. I know there are plenty of other talented players on this team, but one has to assume there would be an adjustment period.

 Oh, I see. Yes that is the league trying to milk a rivalry that basically died on impact because the gap between CC (Fever) and Reese (Sky) is massive after only one season. 

Then a foul becomes a race issue.  It’s just insanity in my social media feeds. 

Total was at 160.5 opener zoomed up to 166.5 and they are playing at a pace of the line.  Their recent game was 33 points under their lived total and 3 straight unders.  I project scoring to the current total and more.  Also aware that under and scoring droughts could be in play. 

Outright pup winner

My perspective this team looks very different without Caitlin Clark and the player that will probably suffer the most Maybe Aaliyah Boston because of the pick and roll pick and pop two man game that they play. What's your thoughts?

Yup basically the same thoughts as yours plus whatever I said in an earlier post. It's like Robin trying to save the world without Batman and vice versa. They complement each other

 Nice call and your lean on the under was right in as well.  You said the total would be close.  It was.  I’m not an over better but the low output last game created an opportunity. Now 4 unders in a row for the Fishsticks Mystics.  Next game vs Liberty game thing.  Overs and unders opportunities during game play.

The total will be curious, both teams are good defensively. Liberty obviously with a little more firepower. I'm expecting this total to be around 164 ish
