There are no refunds on our site. If you had someone purchase a membership to try and pursued us or anyone else that you are someone your not then you just cost them $15.00. They are entitled to to the same guarantee that we offer every one else - if we don't hit 60% or more you get a another free day/week/month/year. We appreciate THEIR business.

On the registration page, there is a section called "Personalize Your Account" and a field called Username....

At the top right of the site when it's opened you will see "Username" and "Password".

Every member of veripicks has a username, password and of course an email address.

Now, this is the last time I get caught up with this guy. I'll let everyone judge for themselves, it's really irrelevant to us. I believe that if you purchase something and use it - then you should stick to the agreement, not try to act like the purchase was fraudulent. I've spent too much of my time already fighting his chargeback (and winning) and then trying to "prove" he's a scammer. Everyone has the information and can do what it what they please.

Personalizing your account is required to use the site? I signed in with my e-mail + password and no personalization is required. Why would anyone personalize an account to a tout site? Makes no sense, but your story doesn't make sense either. Seems like you're reaching and trying to get exposure for your site in my thread since your thread generates 10 views and your Twitter account has less followers. Good effort, if that's the point. I respect your game.
