seriously man...go online! its easy 1,2,3...
pay by western union...they usually pickup the fees. They can mail you a check in like 3 days..you can't lose more than what you have and when your up $$$ your more likely to withdrawal it rather then letting it ride. If your brave enough you can even add your bank account but i wouldn't recommend that.

Im glad you had a sense of humor about the whole thing.
