Imho, the lines tom are too sharp. Meaning no value play.
Bahrain-11.5 v HK
Tough matchup on the odds. Talent wise edge on Bahrain, but HK's confidence might still be at a high and the 3pt shooting of number 5 of HK has been consistent. Only worry I see is Bahrain is playing minus its 2 best players in Giles and Aziz (8) and that hot 3 pt shooting going cold. The only team Bahrain beat by double figures is Thailand but that was both with Giles and Aziz. This eas the game Giles was injured.
I'd pass on this one.

Japan -20.5 v India
If I see Sakuragi not play tommorrow, I'd go for India. Why I say there is a possibility Sakuragi and Takeuchi not play is because this is not what Japan came for. Playing for 10th place below. Sakuragi has looked uninterested the whole tournament and is going through the motions even staring and blaming his teamates whenever they make mistakes. India at plus 20.5 is a good play. Japan would treat this game as just like a practice game.

Iran -22.5 v Jordan
Too sharp of a line. But I do see Iran covering this as well, but it might not stay at 22.5 and probably be at around 25 by tom. I would have played this game had this been around 16 to 19 coz I do feel anything above 20 is too much but not to the point that it is worth the risk due to Iran's revenge factor and Jordan's decline. Baxter is the worst import in the tournament as well.

Ct+8.5 v China
China is a good bet if it were 2011 but this Chinese team is the weakest I have seen in years due to the lack of veterans in the team. Half of the rotation are from the youth team, in fact all 3 PGs are from the youth team plus the starting center Wang Zhelin. These kids have potential but right now are not there yet and I do think that Chinese Taipei is the deeper team due to its experience but their one knack is defense. Yi will be defended for sure by Tseng and Davis alternately, and he has the edge on both but who will help him? Sun Yue has sucked, others say he has mainly been an actor these past 2-3 yrs in China and not been playing in the Cba. Wang shipeng and Zhu are the more steadier vets but are not given much playing time. If the number can go up to around 11 by game time, I'd put some money on Taiwan but right now I'd pass.

Phil-12.5 v Kazakhstan
This is another game that is too tough to call. Based on how the teams have been playing lately, Id go with Gilas with a slight bias. Ponomarev's best game so far has been the exhibition against Gilas and has struggled all through out. If I Marcus is 100% Gilas will be a good bet. I also do feel and think tha in the exhibition between the 2, Gilas pulled some of its punches.

Qatar+10.5 v Korea
Although Korea is a good defensive team, I see some value in Qatar especially with Hayes and Musa. This is the most/best value bet on the board IMHO. but if Daoud and the other point guard cannot control or break the trapping defense of Korea p, they will be in for a long night.
Lastly I am no expert in gambling or saying that you follow me. These are just my observations from watching these teams play for the past week. More of a basketball fan than a betting expert. Just want to share my views.

If you can look and see, 2012 Japan 90/72 and 2010 Japan 85/58, not sure what the rosters were like but agree this should be a nice layup as they say for Japan

Oops i think Iran is the best play today followed by Korea. Revenge match is written all over this game. The last tine they played Jordan was during the first game of the 2013 Jonea cup. It went 64-57, but they aren't going full throttle then. Remember when Jordan unloaded on Iran to win it all? I'm pretty sure Haddadi, kamhrani, Bahrami and the rest of the Iran squad is itching for a pay back. 22 may not be enough here. I see a 30-point win out there against a one dimensional Jordan offense.

Both teams are playing with a lo of pride. Evenly matched in almost every aspects of the game but edge to Bahrain for having a better offensive set and rebounding. Hong Kong isn't even playing for anything now, i bet they are dialed in to just finish this tourney in one piece. Philippines made them look two or three times better but that's because they have two of the best defensive Filipino coaches on their side (see Pumaren brothers). That's why they are able to seal their pick and rolls and pressure the host team well in the first half. Bahrain should be able to build up to cover the spread each quarter. I see them winning this one by 15-20.
