The Korea game would be a tough bet, but I do feel the 2nd unit is still much more talented against the Bahranians. Also the scorer of Bahrain number 8 Aziz is out I think. 

Btw good call on the fade of Iran yday Kimmi. Did not anticipate that Iran would pace their starters that much. Today seems like 2nd unit is playing better and would cover.

Taipei-Qatar goes like this. If Qatar wins, they force a three way tie between them, Taipei and Gilas (given Philippines will win over HK). Normally it would be win over the other but that's for a two-way tie. Three-way ties make use of a quotient system. At the moment it looks like this

Taipei +51
Philippines +30
Qatar +28

Depending on the result of the Taipei-Qatar, Philippines will have to win by X amount to place 1st. Here's the thing, Group F will look like this after today:

Iran
Korea
China
Kazakhstan

Qatar doesn't really hold all the cards and may opt to go with the best option they have. They need to blow out Taipei to get a stab at either 1st or 2nd but regardless they'll end up 3rd. IMO, Qatar would love to stay at 3rd and wind up playing Korea or the winner of Kazakhstan-Number 1 of Group E instead of playing China then Iran.

IMO, for the Philippines, I think the best spot is to play China than Korea. China is plagued with injury and looks pretty one dimensional.

Qatar will probably be losing this subtly. Play on Taipei -6.5. Tom Wisman is the type to play his chances and would love to push his team in a situation where he can control their chances. Qatar settles in at 3rd.

Qatar needed to win by 12 or more to be able to hit 2nd place. They'll end up playing China then Iran if ever the cards fall in the right places.

Permutations:
* CT wins: CT #1, PHI #2, QAT #3

* QAT wins anywhere between 7 points: PHI #1, CT #2, QAT #3

* QAT wins between 8 to 15 points: PHI #1, QAT #2, CT #3

* QAT wins above 15 points: QAT #1, PHI #2, CT #3
