I believe it's over second half, but he did just show stats as if it was under/under. If I win the first half under I don't touch second half, but if I lose first half under I think I'm going double bet for second half over. BOL

after the first 4

system i am using is 4-0 +3900

opposite of NBA is a little better at 4-0 +4000

NBA system in CBB would be getting crushed at 2-2 -4800
