Well it's a LCD Flatscreen and apparently it wasn't handled well cause when I got it all set up and turned it on, it only shows a large spiderweb looking screen of colors. Just like if a rock hits your windshield and it spiderwebs out, well thats what it looks like. The glass screen itself wasn't broken or I would have seen that when I opened it, but when I turn it on then it spiderwebs all over the screen. And I can't get wagerline to respond to my e-mail that I sent them......

Wagerline, you think you could talk to your Prize co-ordinator people and have them contact me about this. They haven't responded to my e-mail and that was over a day ago.
