Why does everybody forget the Patriots had a Cream Puff schedule this year??

The combined winning percentage of the teams they played was 443%( that's below 500) they almost lost to the Ravens, which is pathetic(yeah, i know i said almost lost) and if Mcnabb was healthy the Eagles would have won that game.

The friggin saints could have gone 16-0 if they played the Patriots schedule

Dude, ya gotta be kidding me.  The Patriots have beaten 7 of the possible 11 other playoff teams this year:

Giants (once already)
Cowboys
Steelers
Chargers (2x)
Colts
Jaguars
Skins

That's 8-0 vs. playoff teams.  Only teams they dnp would be GB, TB, Tenn, & Seattle.  And what is the one thing that all the teams on their "cream puff" schedule had in common?  That's right... they all had to play the Patriots, and all had at least one more loss as a result.

If McNabb was healthy?  Spoken like a Giints fan. 

Meanwhile, here's the playoff teams the NYG played:

Cowboys (3x, lost two)
Skins (2x, lost one)
GB (2x, lost one)
NE (lost)
TB

That's 3-5 vs. playoff teams.  And are we counting "almost losses?"  How about almost losing to Miami, 13-10?  Or non-playoff Philly, 16-13?   And where do we put the 41-17 loss to non-playoff Minny?

Unfortunately,it really wasn't very bright for Plexico to pop off his fool mouth and in the process disrespect the Pats offense, saying they'll sore only 17 points. Brady didn't like that. I still remember him running all the way down the field in the Pittsburgh game to get into that D-backs face after the touchdown pass. I also don't like the 2 week layoff for the G-men, they're coming out from under the ether now. I'm sticking with the Pats -12 (large), not touching the total. MrBator has $110k on the Pats now, I'm curious to see what BigDaddy does soon. Nonetheless, GL to you, bro.

I'm a Pats' homer, but I'm trying to objective here.  I'm thinking about the total b/c I would like to do a parlay with the spread and total.

I think the Pats win, period.  They will not lose this game. If I was in Vegas, I would just bet the $$ line for about $1000 on the Pats.

That being said, I don't see the Giants scoring less than 17 pts.  Our secondary isn;t flawless an they've had some troubke pressuring the Qb as of late.  that being said, they've been extremely STINGY inthe red zoenlately (see holding S.D. to 3 field goals.).

I also dont see the Giants holding the Patrioys off their season avg. on offense (around 35 pts. per game), especially in good weather.  With those factors in place, I see the game going about 38-20 Pats which doesn't make it over the total much.

So in summary I def. like the Pats to cover but the over/under is still hampering me.  I could also see it going under, around 30-17.

Injury report was released yesterday.  Brady is on it, for his shoulder, which is consistent with every game the past two years.  Meanwhile his ankle is not mentioned on the report.  He was FP in practice.  Interestingly, Plaxico was DNP in practice, with his ankle still listed.  But his ankle looked pretty darn good vs. GB.

That is the dumbest statement I have ever heard!    Those are probably some of the best teams in the NFL today, and most were peaking when they played the Pats. 

Who did the G-Men beat?   49ers (5-11), Atlanta (4-12), Miami (1-15), Jets (4-12), Bills (7-9), Detroit (7-9), Bears (7-9)

These are cream puff teams the G-Men played.  Give credit where credit is due. 

everybody in the world is on the Giants...... and that makes me remember that 'odds' are VEGAS is smarter than you. Smarter than me too, but it's making me want to steer away from the 'public'.

I'm taking the Pats -11.5, and buying 2 pts to make it -9.5.

GL to you too my man.....the Pats could certainly just destroy them......I just gotta stick with the Giants.......with a great pass rush, solid run game(that Bradshaw kid didn't play in the first meeting with the Pats) and a very underated and spurned QB.  Little Eli has a chance to make his career take off like a rocket ship in this game. The kid deserves some props.....growing up in the shadow of his big bro and his dad........not to mention......I played the Giants all three games.......I can't jump ship now!!!
