Uh, okay? Do you know your baseball or? He is actually a pretty damn good ballplayer, you need to look up current player salaries and than judge who is an overpaid stiff, I can guarantee there are atleast 10 or 20 other players out there that get more than him and do less.
BTW, You must be fucking rich to spend that kind of money to go see a fucking ball game. Geez!

Golden Goose, absolutely a wonderful story. My dad and I are on our to way all the stadiums in MLB before he goes, he's only 50, and I've seen 10 so far, but spending time together is what its all about. If you get a chance pick up the book Baseball Fathers/ Baseball sons. It's great reading if you're into baseball with you old man. Thanks for the story man.

Some more facts:
I only had 6 beers. My dad had 3 and I bought one for an older gentleman sitting
on the other side of my dad. And yes, I drove home. No big deal.
Richie Sexon is HUGE. But after few beers he didn't look so big. LOL. He looked
right at me and just smiled. His 2007 salary is $15,500,000 which I think is a lot for
somebody who is regularly among the Major League leaders in whiffs (154 K's last year).
It's about a 2.5 hour drive up to Boston so I usually only go to 1 game a year. It's been
5 years since I took my dad to a game. Great seats and the Matsuzaka mania made it
a very nice night. Felix Hernandez was nothing short of amazing. This kid is special.
