yea this poor girl struggles to eat.
My fata$$ was chomping down on reuben after the club last week and I gave her a piece and it was a struggle to watch her try to eat it. as long as she spreads NAW- nice and wide for me again tonight then ill be PUMPED UP.
making tilapia for us tonight, hopefully shes not hungry so I can eat hers too, but ill be polite and offer her a nice portion.

$2.99 a lb here first of all which is unreal.
I get 3 big pieces for a lb.
preheat the oven to 375 for 10 min and then put a little olive oil in a pan, wash some cold water under the tilapia then I throw it in the pan and let it cook for about a half hour at 375 degrees
cut up a red or white onion and add canyan pepper and fresh garlic to the tilapia once it is out the oven.

95% of Tilapia is horrible for you because of how heavily it is farmed in dirty conditions. Unless you can find wild caught, which most groceries don't carry for Tilapia, you should go with the wild-caught Salmon or Cod.

I would get ill having tilapia more than once every few months. Pick up some Alaskan Halibut or grill up some shark steaks. And you usually can't go wrong with salmon or scallops.

Agree with those choices. Lately been eating a lot of grouper which is real tasty.

Since Japan radiation problem. I don't buy any tuna near Japan , Thailand & China due to radiation .
