Just locked in the suns about 20 min ago

Phoenix Suns +5.5 (-110) $550/$500

Suns are only 2.5 games behind OKC and no one gives them a shot tonight...  OKC has stepped up even with Durant out but it will catch up to them some tonight... I got the best line in town on this game at +5.5 and we will have a very live home dog in the Suns this evening.

every covers thread also has OKC and 70% of public on them... Will happily take the home dog at +5.5 with Durant out.

Hawk- ur suggestion this is a chase play and honestly it's not. I monitor lines all day and I said to myself if the Suns ever get to +5.5 I see enough value to warrant a play on them. Let's go SUNS

This is the demise of the average bettor, even if they are not a square.

Went 2-0 with his $1,100 plays but lost one last night after an unpredictable barrage of three's.

To me, a tough one to swallow but it wasn't necessarily capped wrong despite the final score. That should give him comfort and confidence, even in a loss. Did it? No.

Then tonight, it is obvious he knows he'll be 1-1 so after two nights here is what he stares at:

-1,100 last night and then -50 tonight.

But what pushes him over the top is the 1/2 pt he bought. That clearly eats at him since the 3.5 will be meaningless when the final buzzer sounds on the Warriors. But he had to pay for it and doesn't get the full $500 he should have.

-$1,200+ over two nights is a little too much to bear at the moment.

Then all of a sudden the Suns become very attractive. It could be OKC who could be attractive. It doesn't matter.

It's now about hitting up the late game.

And this is how bankrolls get drained. It is exactly the type of bankroll mismanagement that 'gives it all back.'

Of course, there is no way he capped this game for hours. Remember, CG said he is picking out the best of the best from a sizable slate when he caps in the morning.

He picked two games and that was it. Never a peep about OKC/Phx.

Now OKC/Phx is worth $550. Why? No reason except one. A 1-1 night that he wants to salvage from the vig and 1/2 pt. That's it!

This game is being bet because it is the only one left.

But as Vanzack alluded to, today's late game is no better than tomorrow's 8 early games. All he has to do is wait and his menu options grow exponentially.

That folks, is not good bankroll management and I can't tell you how many dozens of times the EXACT same late-night chase damaged my bankroll, sometimes leading to downhill slide I couldn't get up from over the years.

Except I wasn't in Vegas...not even close to it.

Betradar is definitely a must as well. It's faster then some of the books updates out there. I will sometimes see a goal 15 seconds before Betonline or 365 will.

Wish you luck on the Suns tonight but this is the first move I question so far. I would take my Cavs winnings and call it a night down $100.

Way more than you'll profit from IMO.

suns rolling early...  rarely is it smart to add a game like this but when u see EVERYONE  here on OKC big and the public all over them and u get the spread up to +5.5 against a Durant-less squad it was well worth the play whether they cover or not I am 100% happy with my play, hence that was the reason I made it.

Hawk think whatever it is that u want. Is it my responsibility to post all my plays to u guys by 11am pacific?
