No matter if "CG" says it, or Goose says it for him...at least HALF the people on here will believe it (and call the other half Haters or jealous because they didn't follow in his steps).
Then, the other (most likely smarter) HALF think, based on CG's own actions/videos/plays...that he's broke. Guess it's the beauty of this place?

He's asking for an update man, it could be good or bad. You act like an update can only be good news and therefore an update is a lie. Good or bad I'd like to hear how things are going as well.

na,well the point was that we have heard nothing nada zero zilch in weeks and weeks and he was on gamblers equivalent of "death row" the last time we heard from him....so wats the reasoning for going silent??he has this thread specifically to keep everyone abreast of happenings and it is only natural to assume that if he has made an astonishing recovery of biblical proportions that he wud definitely be making us aware.
and i think the main point of interest is to find out whether he has taken his retirement fund or not.

You're a troll. CG has said that Covers.com is Bad Luck ever since he was banished and you know he ain't posting here win/lose.Goose was in contact and was relaying the odd play now and then. That's the only reason I stop in now/then.If he's hit 10 parlays and he ain't told Goose,you ain't hearing about it.

I had my heart on tracking down that illustrious CG guy, and getting an autographed photo of "Hollywood".
But, as it turns out, I hear you can now get those from the sportsbook. I guess it's similar to the drink coupon system...ya know, like every $100 wagered gets you 1 or 2 drink tickets, and like 5-6 CG autos.
Honestly, I probably would've paid for one...but I followed his plays...

but for the few still visiting the thread it is wondered wat is he going to bet with come football season??...isnt his bankroll below 2 grand??and he has living expenses all this time......wat on earth kind of strategy will be used and unit size??

i think in order to learn you generally need to give a shiiit about wat those other than yourself think and say or have sum humility and introspection...its pretty tough otherwise.

Again, he has not touched his $401-K. I asked him by email today, "What is your current Bankroll and Specific Strategy to get you into Footbal Season" Here is his unedited answer...
Goose!! I'm doing good bro. Grinding $200-$400 a game. Bankroll at around 5K from the 1.5K after all star game loss. Slow and steady. Got a decent roll for football. Checked last year won 3K+ in college foot 81-63 record and 11K in nfl. 74-52 record. Duplicate it again and or place in top 20 in westgate contest and I'll be fine. Prime season is here. Did I darn up college hoops nbgay and mlb hell yea I did but cash cow season begins soon. FOOTBALL LARGE. I'm better at nfl than college foot btw."

Haven't check this page for awhile. It is good to see CG is still making it although $5000 isn't much if he has expenses to meet. Hopefully when football season arrives he continues to GRIND and not risk all he has the first week otherwise he may be tempted to dip into the 401 K which would be a MAJOR MISTAKE.

College Football Update...
I am in touch with Nick and will post his first picks Wednesday the 2nd of Sept.in the regular CFL Covers Forum. Keep in mind he has a 58% win record over the last four CFL seasons. Doubters can sukk chit because his record speaks for itself. See you in two weeks.

Things are going to be quiet for the next week. Nick is back in South Jersey on Vacation. He's actually at the Met's / Phillies game tonight and sends the following PIC...

Don't worry about Nick's Bankroll. He says he is fine (as evidenced by his Dime baseball plays) and is ready to come out of the gate strong for College Football. For the record, he has refused any type of money advancement I have offered including a possible partnership. That's what I respect about Nick... He has ALWAYS been his own man. Stubborn as a mule at times because he refuses any advise.
