Just be really selective. And you couldn't bet 2 games at same time. You would need a minimum of 3 hours in between games to see how you did, before betting next game.
Most are against this type of betting. But if you flat bet and lose another 6 straight, you will be close to broke anyway. And after an 8 game losing streak already. If you lost 6 straight again, it would be safe to say, you don't belong in Vegas.
Just an idea. I don't really know, it's what I would do if I were you. But I'm not a big gambler, but I don't see you losing 6 straight again in 2 months. And that 19 you had would be 35-40k in 2 months (minus living expenses). Maybe try this. After you get back on track switch back to something less risky.

He just lost 8 straight. 6 is peanuts compared to that. And do you know the kind of pressure he would have if he lost 5 in a row and 6th was for all the beans???
Then, he's already shown he wouldn't have enough discipline to spread the bets all throughout Vegas. He wouldn't even do it with a 5K bet.

Let's leave the parlay out and you are at 44-38 on hoops. If you were flat betting these games at $550/500 each time you'd be up just $1,100 if my math is right ($22k in on wins, $20,900 out on losses assuming all games at -110).
That would be $1,100 for what, 1.5 months out there? Not nearly enough to live on, you can't even pay your rent with that.
While I formerly thought that your main problem was your bet amount "strategy" issues (going on tilt, etc.), I am now convinced more than ever that you need to give up on basketball, get a job for a few months, and preserve your capital for football season. At your projection of $3,000 in living expenses per month, a measly $700 or so profit per month isn't going to cut it without income from elsewhere.

Very curious to see what happens when BYU blows this game. We will hear how cursed he is, if Leonard would have made 2 free throws he'd be fine, telling us to look at his percentage but the numbers are off because of the 5k bomb and that his cousin leaves tomorrow so he couldn't concentrate.

All jokes aside CG deserves to win this game. BYU should cover with free throws but itll be close. Its a damn shame tho how ALL of these fuckin teams outside of Tucky consistently blow these huge halftime leads. Its a routine. Why cant teams keep up the same rhythm throughout the game??? That's one aspect of hoops I cant understand. I know hoops is a game of percentages, but to blow a 17 point lead is just ridiculous. Period. Idgaf about the percentages. If you are up by 20 at half you are supposed to win by 12+. Thats the one thing that pisses me off about basketball. Waaaay too much variance involved.

On one hand you have to love BYU’s offense going up a probable zone that gives up a ton of three’s. If you’re just going to stand out there and let BYU jack up three’s, you’re probably going to give up a ton of points. On the other hand, how is BYU going to stop the Rebels attack? This game should obviously see some points, and it is lined at 158, so points are likely, but this game probably comes down to that one little run that pushes the team over the top. And trusting either of these teams to close the gap or defend on that run is exactly why they’re in this play-in game in the first place.
Was just my 2c but so many attractive bets then this. Scal is correct you play coin toss games. I do hope you win this BYU game.

Not really, up 17 (really 13 as a 4 point fav) with a whole half to play? Would you have been counting your money if you had BYU? Didn't think so...clearly you haven't gotten kicked in the teeth enough. Sucks for CG but far from a sickening loss.
