3. horse racing isnt banned because, this one is a no brainer.  who are the people behind horse racing? the rich power brokers in our country who hang with all the polticians.
 
so you can see these 3 areas of gambling could never be banned in a billion years.

He hasnt even read the bill.  The bill gives 270 days once it is enacted to even be enforced.
 
Neteller could decide to not take american business anymore but you will have time.  Neteller is a huge public company - bigger than most banks - they arent going to steal your money.

Sources close to IGN are reporting that Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist has nearly succeeded in his effort to amend a Port Securities bill with prohibitive Internet gambling legislation. Frist, R-Tenn., has reportedly added provisions introduced by Rep. Jim Leach, R-Iowa, which target U.S.-based banks, credit card companies and other Internet payment systems, prohibiting them from making payments to online gambling companies
 
 
I dont use NEtteller or any of the listed online payment systems. But i would gather the above language undoubtedly indicates that these companies are specifically being targeted

All it took was holding an exec from one offshore company to cause several sites to stop taking bets from americans. You think if there is a law banning banks from xfering to offshore sites it will not cause neteller to shut down? IT WILL SHUT DOWN OVERNIGHT. The fact neteller is a PUBLIC COMPANY means it is more likely to comply and IN A EXTREMELY TIMELY MANNER WITH THE LAW.
 
Now if you wanna talk with grownups, then do so. Banks always comply with the law. So do public companies.

It's pretty simple. Banks follow the law to the letter. There are only a few transaction services. Neteller and a few others. These guys stop taking US transactions and it's gonna make it alot more difficult to fund accounts. I suppose you can go back to sending and receiving cashier's check that take a month to arrive from some island in the carribean.

So, what would be the problem?  I would think you would still be able to put money into a Neteller account.  Then, Neteller probably could care less what you do with their money.

You wouldn't be able to do any more EFTs to Neteller. Credit cards are already pretty much banned for gaming transactions already. EFTs engage a US Bank.
 
I just know big co's, especially public ones from 1st world nations are gonna follow US law regarding US citizens. Until someone kicks our ass and demotes us from world superpower, which quite frankly I wouldn't mind. I miss the soviet union. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
