Damn Mr. Vanzack, you've set the bar high right out of the gate for the "superbeet hotseat"...nice job bro.

I'm under siege right now by the IRS because I gamble.  I was notified in the fall of 2010 about my tax audit for the years ending '08 & '09. Damn near every law is stacked against the player. In the courts eyes the petitioner(gambler) bears the burden of proving error in the respondents(IRS) determination. The IRS's acceptable methods to deduct gambling losses is so fucked up, it's scarry. These motherfuckers are a nightmare.

Today, what happened w/Bookmaker is a result of the efforts by  the US Government...player beware.

Have you ever gone through a Tax Audit?

Do you wear 'ankle socks' or tall socks?.... or the kind of short socks that still have an inch of elastic-ish?  Most older men don't wear ankle socks, but I really think you should try them.  They are clearly the best kind of socks.

I hold my own in NFL and NCAAB but baseball I can never get a grasp on?

Baseball is all about longterm value.  You have 15 games a day to choose from, with immature line cycles, and 1 cent lines (if they are still available come MLB).  That is the definition of beatable through value.

A sport I played my whole life at a high level as well...  So basically what is your advice to betting baseball? Is it one play a day?

Never limit yourself using an arbitrary limit for an arbitrary time period.  What if your 4th best game today would be your best game tomorrow?  You skip it today because you only bet one game a day?  You bet all value.

Is it only play RL's?  Is it only playing ML under a certain number?  What is it that you look for?

Read the thread I linked above.  It is value.  Has nothing to do with who you think will win today, has to do with the price you can get.

Yes.  Last season they made up about 20% of my MLB wagers, but there is no limitations, just look for value.

The book could be kind of like Michael Murray's Betting Baseball series or Michael Konik's experiences with Billy Walters in The Smart Money.
I don't know if you've ever read any of these but you get the idea.

Also any reason you avoid hockey bets ??
I just started betting it on a regular basis last year and I'm no expert by any means but I find it the easiest of US sports to cap and it's also great to watch.

Thanks for the compliment - I often think about writing a book and inevitably follow that up by asking myself who the hell would want to read that book.  But I might have time here coming up soon.

I dont bet hockey because it just isnt on my radar.  I also feel like I cant get down bigger wagers at low juice, which is a must have criteria for anything I bet.  I might be wrong about that, but that is my perception.

Thanks Sparty.  The GH riots were not fun while they were happening, but fun in retrospect.  I think I could dig up that avatar too.  In one hour of its debut, there were 100 users with an avatar of the F5 key.  Good times.

    2 VERY important questions here.

The first one isn't a question.  Wait yes it is...

Did you know that a pack of sugar is 2 to 4 grams of sugar?  Now put that in perspective... some cans of soda/pop have 60 grams of sugar... thats about 20 packs of sugar.  How fucking absurd is that?  And how is it that nobody knows how many grams of sugar are in a little paper pack of sugar?  Blows my mind.  Everyone looks at the # of grams of sugar that are in things, but nobody knows how much a gram of sugar actually is.

2nd question... this is extremely important, almost life and death...

How the fuck do birds react to each others movements in mid-air?  Like when they chase each other, you will see birds move almost simultaneously with each other like fucking magic!  How do they do that????  Do you believe that some things perceive time at different speeds?  That would be a pretty cool explanation.

Which brings me to a third question that I wasn't prepared to ask until now....

How is it that WE can perceive time at such different speeds?  Some work days fly by, others drag on for half an eternity -- and if time flew by for you and you ask the person next to you if they thought it went fast guess what -- they almost always feel the same way!  What is that?!?

Speaking of the F5 key, I think someone is currently asleep on it.

This goes after my posts above about the political climate - and how ridiculous things have become.  This might be the final nail in the coffin for me.

I will have more to comment about your questions soon as I really didnt answer them - but just wanted to announce what I had heard.

not sure if you will see this message, but check out WSEX sportsbook. You are able to bet games (some games) all the way through to the last minute. You can buy long and short, like buying stocks. Check it out, might help.

Vanzack bidding on the white camping back of some sort classic!  I don't even know what that thing was... were you supposed to put it under an air mattress or what?

And I have to say something about it again I'm sorry but - seriously superbeets, what part wasn't serious?  The socks thing?  Every time I see an older guy wearing old guy socks I want to stop him and improve his life by telling him to buy some fitted ankle socks... I think Vanzack is the kind of man who would appreciate such great advice.

The poop inspecting thing?  I wanna know!  I used to not look at my poop, and now I have to see my poop every time... I wanna know what's going on inside of me!  And I want to know if some people never look at their poop!

WSEX is a slow pay, no pay, piece of shit book.

They used to be caviar, but are now dogshit.  Anyone who deposits there knowing that they have been slow paying up to 6 months for the last year or so needs to have their head examined.

So maybe there is an infusion of cash with the sale of MB, I dont give a fuck.  Not for me.  No thanks.
