Keeping busy is sometimes a challenge.  I wake up when I wake up.  I currently weigh about 170.  I am a very determined smart worker. 

Here is a general statement for you:  There will always be someone better off than you, and someone worse off than you.  The key to life is always comparing yourself to the guy who is worse off than you.

I have dogs all the time, they are a part of my life and always will be, dogs rule.

Regardless of if you want to meet some stranger who is 20 years younger than you when you are in Pittsburgh (which I'm sure is one of those things where you say 'hey - why not?'... but when the time comes the choice is obvious - HELL NO!'... well thats what I would do anyway, and I've always felt that our thought process is actually somewhat similar) ---- where was I .... oh yeah ----- regardless, if you are even in Pittsburgh you absolutely MUST catch a baseball game at PNC Park.  I'm telling you, it is absolutely baseball heaven.  I was never a big PIttsburgh guy... the people here at dumb, gross, and thoughtless.... the city is generally dirty, unappealing, and there isn't a great deal to do.... and the weather sucks.  I never thought I would miss it but my first year away from Pittsburgh I realized how much I really love this city.  So for me, I could sit in that empty park and look at that skyline all day and night and it would never get old.  Its like observing the grand canyon or something... but you don't have to be from Pittsburgh to take in that view and love it.  What I said about the city being dirty is only at street level... I think 90% of people who have never really taken a good look at it would be blown away by how nice it looks from a distance.  Stuck right in the middle of 2 rivers at their confluence, you could not hand pick a greater place in which to nestle a city.  I guess that's why G Wash and the Union chose it for Fort Pitt.  But like most of my posts, you don't need to read all this nonsense - just skip to the end for the point.  You need to go to a game at PNC Park.

And don't give me this 'the Pirates suck' garbage, of course they do.  Who doesn't love a good underdog.

Oh yeah - for best results go on fireworks night and bet large on the Succos.  They play up for the crowd... trust me.  OH MY GOD! (video).  ...this was with 2 outs in the bottom of the 11th down by 2.  I will always get chills from this.  I remember being at the ballpark (not PNC - a minor league ballpark where I was working in ticketing)  listening to this game on the radio with $100 on the buccos.  Fireworks night baby.  How do I end this post....
