50 K RECAP, The race is on Prez has caught Teddy,both of their records now stand at 18-11.Another heartbreaking loss for Teddy as he was laying 13.5 gonzaga misses an uncontested layup with 7 seconds, then get fouled go to to the line and make 1 of 2,end result gonzaga 77-64.I'd say about 75% of the people that had a wager on this game either pushed or won. The line was between 11 and 12.5 right up until thursday morning at most places,it creeped up to 14 and then closed at around 13.5 at most spots. TEDDY you spent a segment of the radio show yesterday talking about playing the game at the right number.In my opinion this was a bad number at that SPECIFIC TIME when you had to give out ur play, you should of looked elsewhere.Just a little constructive criticism. You still have an excellent record keep up the good work.

Hey dimes, during one of the shows teddy stated that he has to use Bookmakers lines at the time of the play, No shopping because Bookmaker is the sponsor.

Congrats to Prez on catching Teddy. See what you can do when your not vacationing.
Teddy maybe you should give the large NBA card a serious look for today, college isn't clicking right now. Maybe Minny+11.5 sandwhich game for Houston and they beat them wolves 7 str8 so they might not show up. OR Tor-1 Home/home after getting the smackdown by the cats first game.

Hi guys,
I'm new around here. I pretty much started becoming a frequent user of this site right around the time that the 50K Challenge started and I LOVE listening to the Covers Experts radio show. I enjoy listening to the daily handicapping perspectives offered on the show and the banter between Teddy and THE PREZ is just great pure entertainment.I'm not here to bash, as I am a believer that we're all here to be winners. I do however, feel the need to call Teddy out on his most recent 50K challenge play on Michigan St. I was just curious as to why he chose that game for the contest game when:
A) Looking over his entire plays for 3/20 that he offered on Covers Experts, Michigan St. was not a game that was one of his selections for the day.
B) He didn't play his "Big Ticket" play (Arizona St.) - WHICH WAS A WINNER.
Maybe that play has not been "graded" yet at the time of this post 4:45am EST (what can I say, bad night's sleep, lol) but if not, then I'm just a little confused Teddy. I know that you don't post here often but can you please explain if you have the chance? I wouldn't blame Prez one bit if he "nudged you" on Monday for this head scratcher.

Ok guys, just as an update to my last post it seems like Teddy's Mich St play was finally "graded" on the site. But that being said, I still have to question the play that he used for the 50K challenge. He rated Arizona St as a 6* (winner) and Mich St as a 3* (loser) and used the 3* for the challenge play?
Teddy, I'm not just pulling your fur here on this one (sorry bro, The Prez cracks me up every time with that one). I'm just trying to understand the thought process here on this one with all of the money on the line.

Tough night w/ large losses. But hey, that's why we play the game....chase for excitement. The insights we get here are useful and time vested in these pics are studied. This is definitely a rare 0-4 defeat. Lots of time left for the challenge. Let's bounce back and keep the wininning tradition rolling.

Just_me_sam, you have to rememberthat this is a business. Teddy's 6* play was available to you if you bought it. If he gave all his selections out for free, how is he going to make money? The Mich St. was a solid pick that didn't come through but I'm sure Teddy put some time into researching it. If you want a 6*, buy it, don't be cheap. Now if you will all excuse me, I have to get my lips off Teddy's a**. PS, I purchased the 6* and also played Mich St.
