$50,000 bet between Teddy and The Prez

I'm posting Rizz' piece from the General Discussion Thread, but I will add, that I am personally going to take Teddy down hardcore 'to the pain' style and plan on being $50,000 richer very shortly.

Hello Everyone,

 

Covers Radio hosts, Ted Sevransky and The Prez, are having a little wager on the Covers Radio Show. They are finally putting their money where their mouth is. Ted and The Prez have bet each other $25,000 on who is the best capper.

 

Each day starting Monday February 9th, and going all the way until middle of April, Ted Sevransky and The Prez are going to be submitting one play on every radio show for 50 straight days (Monday - Friday only, as there is no radio show on the weekend). The person with the best record at the end of 50 days walks away with $50,000.

 

BookMaker.com is going to be putting up prop bets on this wager so you can make a bet on who you think is going to win.

 

If you listen to last Thursday's Super Bowl Props Radio Show in our Archive you can hear the Pros talking more about this Wager.

 

This is going to be interesting.

TripleA - ofcourse its a marketing scheme to get people to listen to the show - as is anything we do to try promote ourselves. With that said - this is a REAL bet - 100% and Mickey from Bookmaker verified it on the show Thursday.

 

We will be giving out our very best picks - the ones we sell - so on one hand it helps the show marketing wise - but on the other hand we will lose money on giving out our best picks for 50 straight days.

 

There will be only 1 pick given a day - the show is always on at 2pm EST and sits there all day - just click on the more button on the top of Covers and under it you will see Covers Radio.

Murat from Sydney here. Long time no speak :-)

 

Should be a good duel between two top cappers and two very good businessmen. Teddy is awesome in NBA and while I dont think he has hit his straps this season yet, its hard to compare against his insane 18-0 (thereabouts) run last season. Your the football magician and have been killing NBA lately too. Two Canadians vying for American sport supremacy?

 

Tight spot here....My tip = Prez by a whisker as he is the better allrounder.
