Nice. I was somewhat concerned that Shnaider just looked too easy but she's playing exactly like she has for the past month and Stephens is doing the same which is what we needed.
I too have Shnaider as one of the final legs of a large parlay. Still a few legs remaining but Shnaider was the riskiest one left going into this match.

Incredible performance from Jasmine. Her signature smile was completely absent during that first set but when she broke out the 'come on' scream after the tiebreak you just knew she was gonna roll through the second set. She won only 49% of the points in the first set and a whopping 64% in the second.

It was really an incredible day. I hit on all 5 of my 1+ unit bets and also did well on my smaller dollar game by game and set by set live betting. Adding to that, now I'm going into tomorrow with 2 very long parlays with legitimate shots of hitting.
One parlay is +5405 and remaining legs would payout +469 if you parlayed them now and the other parlay at +5923 and the remaining legs would only be +192 now. On that second one the legs I have remaining are Kostyuk ML, Siniakova/Townsend win 1st set, Errani/Paolini win 1st set, and Chan/Kudermetova ML.
Should be an interesting day. Looking over the rest of the card now.

Umm, yeah. Incredibly stressful. Spent most of the morning kicking myself for taking Kostyuk in a heavily favored situation. Then it takes her 8 break points in the last game to finally send it to tiebreak, saving a match point in the process. Meanwhile, a minor mental breakdown is happening on the court but somehow it wasn't Kostyuk lol.

The other parlay I mentioned progressed significantly this morning as well. Now I need:
1:Siniakova/Townsend win 1st set, Errani/Paolini win 1st set, and Chan/Kudermetova ML
2:Siniakova/Townsend 2-0 sets, Errani/Paolini win 2nd set, and Hsieh/Mertens under 12.5 games won.
Best case scenario would be for both doubles teams to win in straight sets today and then I could hedge with Krueger/Stephens + Hsieh/Mertens under 12.5 games parlay at +892. So I either win 1 parlay, both parlays, or the hedge parlay.
Still shocked that Marta pulled that one out. She must have been a huge underdog when Saville had the opportunity to serve out the match up 5-2 in the second. But can't be too shocked since she's already had some incredible comebacks this year against much better players. I think I'll start laying off her matches where she's favored and just jump in for the value if she drops the first set.
She also looked great in her kit today. Apparently it was inspired by her wedding dress and was a custom design by Wilson who also designed and made her actual wedding dress.
I threw a 1/2 unit on Bogdan/Cristian live @ +650.
I didn't really cap this one, I just can't help myself after watching the magical Saturday of tennis the pair had back in April in BJK Cup. They had both lost their singles matches on Friday to go down 0-2 to the Ukrainians. Then Bogdan stuns Svitolina Saturday morning in 3 sets followed by Cristian coming from a set down to beat Tsurenko in dramatic fashion. They were the only two high profile players available on the Romanian team and had both already played marathon matches in the hot Florida sun, with Cristian's match having just ended. But nevertheless they called off the other two girls who were slated to play doubles and instead took the court themselves, beating the Kichenok sisters in straight sets after a thrilling 2nd set tiebreak. It was really incredible to watch.

Paolini is definitely backing up her newfound top 10 status here. She dropped out of the top 50 after her first round exit from Wimbledon last year and now she's dangerously close to overtaking Pegula to enter the top 5. She might be top 10 doubles player as well after this tournament after entering the year ranked 97. Her and Errani have been the second best doubles pairing this year behind Hsieh/Mertens.
Didn't think I would have to sweat so hard with Chan/Kudermetova but they came through for me to finally complete an 11 leg parlay I placed on Monday. Unfortunately I lost the final leg of my other 11 leg parlay yesterday when the afformentioned Paolini/Errani lost the 2nd set yesterday. But I'm cool with going 1-1 on 50 to 1 parlays.
