No they won't. I have draft kings. Know your rules before placing bets.

 Not all books. On draftkings they will void a ML on the player who retires and also payout the player who advances as a winner as long as it's after the first set

From draftkings rulebook:

In the event the retirement or disqualification occurs after the completion of the first set of the match, the player or pairing progressing to the next round (or the eventual champions in the case of a final) will be settled as the winner. Moneyline bets placed on the retiring or disqualified player or pairing will be void.
