3* Verdasco -135 I love Verdasco's game, I hate his meltdowns. He's been struggling to string together wins and his ranking has tumbled with the lack of confidence in his game. Stepanek's a hot upset pick because of the Spainard's recent play but the aging Czech has been mediocre this season as well and lacks a definitive big name win aside from Tsonga's tank last week. I believe there's a big overreaction to his performances against a worn out Nadal and Tsonga so I like the value here on Verdasco with both players in subpar form.
2* Muller -125 Haas is really lacking in fitness at the moment and I have big concerns with him competing in a best of five match. Muller has a huge serve that gets amplified on the grass and should be quite confident after a recent grass tourney win in Nottingham. Flashes of the old Haas will be seen but the consistency will be all over the place as he still has a lot of work to do to regain his old form.
2* Nishikori -150 Hewitt aggravated his foot injury yet again last week and may be on the verge of a possible retirement due to the amout of injuries he's piled up over the last few years. After coming back from a three month layoff he's come up gimpy twice now due to the foot and that was with the additional help of painkillers. Not a good sign. He's stated he'll wait until the morning of his match to decide whether he'll play but even if he does I do not like his chances against a very tough opening round opponent.
2* Kanepi +106 (WTA) Just a gut feeling here as Kanepi's been playing poorly but tends to have decent runs at majors. She's capable of blowing Errani off the court with her shots and the Italian will have a tough time matching her power.
1* Young +123 A very winnable match for the once highly touted prospect. He is slowly getting better, just not at the rate everyone expected and he's still only 21. That is extremely young by today's current tennis standards where players aren't peaking until 23-24. Bogomolov is a very limited player, winning with consistency and nothing flashy. Young has the stronger serve and aggressive game to really take advantage of his opponent here on a slick surface provided he doesn't blow up emotionally.

i love Kanepi at those odds....Errani's moonballs are not welcome on the grass.
Tailing you on that one
And some people have the nerve to call that crap real tennis. I am tailing as well. I also think his Muller play looks very good and loved the writeup there; highly compelling.
We will see about Nadal, though. Got some action on Fed/Murray to win at +118 (both with super easy draws) and half as much on Murray +675. Medium plays only, but wow do they have appealing looking draws; Murray is a lock for the semis IMHO. I think Nadal's draw has some hot spots for him but even if he makes it to the final four there are plenty of reasons he might still not get it done. I think you will have to beat both my Murray and then Fed part of the best in a row to cash that Nadal future and that will be interesting for sure. Good times.

i watched stepanek's last match and that was one of the most pathetic performances i ever saw.
yeah he is past it. people hate verdasco for his inconsistency thus they have to make lines like him -160 vs someone with one foot in retirement to get any action on him.
That is the thing with Verdasco, figuring out when he might stop fucking around because everytime he becomes highly valued he goes on a run of under performing until he gets good odds again, almost like a cycle he employs to reward the observant gambler. This should be such an opportunity to invest in his low stock as n3gative has pointed out.
think this line is also a byproduct of Step's rep as a serve and volleyer which historically goes well on grass. But his game has no bite these days and he gets passed at will.

Great job capping the tight matches of the first round.. But to me thats what it really comes down to, tight tight tight... At least 2 of those plays will go into a final set... Then it is all nerves and grit...
In a final deciding set I am on the opposite of all those plays except for Kanepi...
GL, the only play I am on the other side of is Muller vs. Haas...
I may take Young's game line +2.5 on 5dimes right now seems like value...

Like it. What book did you find this on? I am using 5dimes now and they have a ton of options but even they did not have props like that from what I saw.
