he doesn't do well in this weather. unless the tournament does something to save him i think he will lose.

i tried to get cerundolo at 5-4 in the 3rd set but my book closed it after the 4th game ended.....had to do it at 5-3. he looks like he's cooked. i'm surprised he doesn't just sit down for the rest of this set and take time violations and rehydrate and rest and try his best in the 5th. if he keeps doing what he's doing, he will need cerundolo to have a collapse.

I didn't watch this match, but looking at the scoreline it appears his body started failing on him up (5-1) in the 3rd set, 1 game away from victory? Lol ![]()

@Whackamole
+50000 is a joke, lol the real odds shoulda been like + a million, the underdog was +6000 pre game, to be down 2-0 set and 1-5 in final set, the odds is astronomical, the books wont even bother to offer it.

Some guy on twitter last night was bragging about betting $5000 to win $50 on Sinner because it was "free money". Even if he won that would've been the worst bet of all time taking Sinner in this heat.
This was the first time in at least a few years that a men's match was put in that time slot on Chatrier. Typically it's a women's match that draws less viewers since that is a bad time slot for both in person fans as well as the television audience and a best of 3 match is just better for scheduling purposes. So why was the number one player in the world put into this lousy time slot? Obviously it was done at his request to accommodate him and his heat allergy. And I guess it was working up until the point in the third set when it finally warmed up enough to get too unbearable for him.
Somebody on betfair exchange bet ~$36.50 usd to win $36.5k when he was up 5-1. So a thousand to one. On the flip side of that, someone risked $36.5k to potentially win $36.50. Could have possibly been multiple people involved at either end of the exchange though. Next time you make a bad bet or have a bad beat just remember this guy(s) and you should feel better.
And he was damn near -300 to win the whole thing. At least things will be interesting now.
