I saw that too. Makes you understand why she gets so much crowd support even when playing a fellow American. 

It was also interesting hearing her talk about finally playing as well in matches as she plays in practice. I think being a grand slam champion has done wonders for her confidence. I know that was in doubles but confidence plays such a huge factor in women's tennis and I think that's what we're seeing with her.
