The Italians might have their hands full against the 'Individual Neutral Athletes'. They are on fire. Hard to believe this is their first tournament together. Since dropping a set against the Aussies in the first round the Russians have been on an absolute tear, winning 37 games and dropping only 13 through three matches (winning 74% of games).

The US is known for being patriotic, but it's nothing compared to China and Russia. In China, they won't even sign their flag out of respect. Take Ruud, for example; he doesn't seem to care about Norway at all, showing no pride for his country. So it's no surprise that China is dominating the Olympics. If Russia wins gold even while banned, they'll be treated like heroes back home. So not surprised that the Russian has raised their level like this

That's it for me this Olympic, looking forward to the hardcourt season in August, and lot's of 1000 Masters in the coming weeks before US Open.
In the rest of the games, special game for Machac who plays with his girlfriend (Siniakova) and is playing against his double partner Zhang. I think over 19.50 in that game. I think Musetti will keep it close now when it's on clay this time. HCP or Over, don't see value in Djokovic at this price.
Carlos will win the men's final tomorrow, can't pick a winner in the women's match so would take the over or Donna hcp.
Ebden M. / Peers J will probably take the gold now, surprised that 40-year-old Ram is in this final.
Andreeva M. / Shnaider D will win the gold.

During the Schmiedlova match today the announcers were talking about how hard she worked and how well she played to make it to the point where she was playing for a medal. Then as it turns out she's playing a medal match against the Queen of Clay. And her consolation prize? Nothing. No money, no points, and a year from now nobody will even remember who came in 4th place.
