Jones started walking to to the service line trying to serve it out at 30-30 then she looked to the sky and her face looked sooooo pissed to see the rain. Maybe Krueger still has a shot. My book has opened the match back up at Krueger +245. I'm already on her from earlier but thinking about sprinkling a little more on. Do you know if there's going to be more play in Nottingham today?

I woke up and checked flashscore right in time to see that Krueger had won the first point after restart to earn a break point. Then I got the stream pulled up only to be met with the quite disturbing sight of a close-up of Jones screaming with her hands in the air, basking in the glory of victory. Having to see that first thing in the morning was way worse than losing any wager lol.
Tell me about it, I opened the BBC Iplayer to watch it, saw her take the 1st point to get break chance at the same time I'm getting a notification on my phone that Jones won the game...the stream was a few minutes behind..
I watches the replay again at 5-4 0-30 and it's clear that the ball was out at least 2-3 cm...very annoying.
I think Emma will beat Jones in two, maybe under 19.50...let's of rain delay in England so let's see when they resume the plays,

She was probably too worn out after playing those 4 points yesterday lol. Since it's been a tough week for the fans with the weather I just assumed that the tournament director slipped her an envelope full of cash to get her to move out of the way so they could finally get to the Emma Katie match they've been waiting for. What are your thoughts on that one?

I saw in another thread that you may be traveling, but if you missed the first set of Emma v. Katie it was EPIC. Raducanu won the tiebreak 15-13 then the most unbelievable thing happened next...it rained lol. If Kentucky can hold on to win their College World Series game today then I will have a large sum pending on Emma -3.5 as the last leg of a parlay. She will serve first so I would just need her to win the set by a break. Right now the hedge would be Katie +3.5 @ -195 but that juice will hopefully come down to a more manageable number if Emma wins the first game. I just hope the match doesn't start back at like 3am my time (I'm 6 hours behind) but I'm thinking/hoping that the Parry match will go first.
